Chapter 05 - Matrimonial Chaos

Flashes went through me!

I could see my father... The priest.

He had wound Pads over himself as he wore his priestly clothing embodiment with his blood rushing out so much that it stained my father's dress.

I woke up from bed in Return.

I had the best night with Sora.

A Night I would never ever forget!

But she was nowhere to be found.

"It's time." Sora whispers right above my head before leaving the room as I get up, refreshing myself before I carry a spare key, Sora left in my room.

She also left me a traditional dress too, a dress only Heiress can give, her story was something I had to learn personally.

I stayed indoors, watching as they served me delicious meals, drinks, and even proper clothes, all part of their plans before my room got locked.

I picked two knives from the food table, ammoring myself for what was next.

I knew exactly what was happening, down to how many minutes I had to wait for them to leave the mansion before I left as well.

I walked towards the window where I saw Sora who gave me a nod signal.

Now it was my turn.

I walked towards the door before I turned back, dashing my feet as fast as possible through the floor before bursting out of the window like a Spartan, and landed downstairs like an angel breaking through silver ice, feet hurt but I didn't care.

As Silent as Possible, I followed all the instructions, chamber after chamber till I had finally reached the massive fence, I hopped over it, stabbing through the hard wall like an angry eagle till I flew over to the estate grounds where I was soon to receive a text message from my father.

"Hi Son, I didn't get the chance to tell you yesterday but the person I would be blessing their wedding today is our guest of honour from the Harrisons family, they're pretty rich, here is the address in case you wanted to come." I read through discovering my dad never knew what was in that document.

He never opened it.

He kept to the oaths of keeping the marriage blood stamped letter for only an elder of the state, that was why he sent me to Elder Paul.

I now understood.

I ran as fast as I could towards the road only for a car to park right at the junction with Elder Paul coming out, he tossed the car key to me before he sat in the passenger seat.

"What are you waiting for, get in and drive, we have to save the day!" He said and I quickly rushed in, starting the engine like a tiger before we accelerated into the city till we reached the church the wedding was hosted at.

"Blessing be upon you for your contribution to the well being of the church and for honouring me, the 'Fined priest' to make this wedding a memorable one, today we are gathered for the marriage of Sir, Augustus and Elina, Heiress of the Harrison Family." I heard my father say over the speakers.

"Oh my God!" Elder Paul adds.

"Run boy! Save your wife!" He said as I ran through the stairs, my head remembering the words that Sora Harrrison told me.

I remembered the scars she carried over her body, the humiliation she must have been facing, the fact she could feel the same evil I felt about Augustus.

This wasn't about saving Elina to be my wife, this was about Saving the Harrisons from who Augustus was, it was about solving the puzzle as to why Elina's name had to be the name in the marriage document instead of Sora.

It's possible Grandpa Harrrison knew something and used the marriage to protect, something or someone?

Protect Sora?

"Do you Sir, Augustus Brian accept Elina Harrison as your lawfully wedded wife?" The holy father asked.

"Yes, I do." Augustus said.

"No father..." I cried with my feets.

"Do you Elina Harrison accept Sir. Augustus as your lawfully wedded husband?" He asked.

"Yes, I do." She said.

"No." I yelled through the massive church hall as I drew closer with Elder Paul pacing as fast as we could from me before I reached the entrance.

Security operatives immediately stopped me from going in as I arrived.

"Where is your invitation Card?" One of the body guards asked as he looked at me.

"I don't have one but I need to go through." I said as one of the men sent a slap towards me which I dodge giving him a jaw-throat punch before kicking the man on the right side down.

They both pulled out their guns.

"Leave!" The men ordered.

I recalled those words.

I looked at the men, they were the same military men who were sent to destroy our home before, why were they here?

"Don't you dare shoot!"

"Let him pass!" Elder Paul orders.

"Elder, sure thing." They said stepping aside as the catholic church door opened wildly as I walked in, with full aura.

"If there is anyone who wishes to oppose this union, this marriage, speak it, or forever remain silent!" My father casted to the auditorium as I gathered my voice in rage.

"Aaaa-I oppose!" I yelled like a lion as my father vibrated at the altar with everyone looking at me, as I kept my eyes focused on my father.

"Nolan?" He called.

"How is that bastard freely walking?" Augustus asked in anger at the altar.

"Elina is my wife!" I yelled more as all the live cameras face towards me.

"She was signed to me in blood by Mr. Harrison himself, and this is the document, curse this marriage!" I said back to my father whose eyes opened in shock as he looked at the document and back at Elina and Augustus.

He recognised the document.

"If that be so! Is Elina aware before this day of this arrangement." He asked, was he still trying to bypass this fact?

"Yes! And that is why, today I am wearing the royal marriage clothing of the Harrisons son in-law, knitted by Harrison himself, curse the marriage!" I said, my tone loud and audible.

The crowd grew cold and shocked.

"Then cursed be this marriage! May no priest of the states bless this communion in the sight of God!" My father declared at once.

"Are you mad!!?" My mother in-law drags as she walks to the altar.

"Listen to me, if you do not go ahead with this marriage, I promise you, I will wipe out your generations… Starting from you, down to your third generations to come." She threatens.

"The evidence is clear and goldenly stamped in blood ma'am, the young man doesn't lie, except Miss Elina wishes to step down as Heiress of the Harrisons, I will watch no dismay to late elders." Elder Paul's aura adds to my aura, spitting fire through the place.

"After we helped you to pay the government fines? After we paid for your treatment and that of your orphan daughter, this is how you wish to pay us!?" Augustus fires from the side, ashamed of the occurrence, his family members immediately stand up and he is forced to leave alongside them.

Elina bursted into tears.

"Don't cry, my daughter..." My mother in-law said as she glared at me and the priest as people took photos.

"You will all regret this!" She swore.

"One after the other, you will pay!" My father in-law said as his bodyguards shielded them from cameras as they left the premises utterly disgraced.

I watched over the Altar.

"What just happened?" Father asked.

"The ruin has begun!"
