Diss tracks

For the next couple of weeks, Adam remained silent.

He did not respond to Kane Sanchez’s declaration of war. He did not post a retaliatory diss track, nor did he engage in a petty social media clapback.

Instead, he carried on with his life as though Kane didn’t even exist. His silence spoke louder than any reply.

On his social media pages, there was no trace of beef.

Photoshoots of him modeling for luxury fashion brands filled his feeds—high-end suits, streetwear campaigns, and even fragrance ads.

Fans flooded the comments with praise, while haters tried to bait him into responding to Kane.

But Adam never flinched.

Adam also posted clips from studio sessions: headphones on, nodding to beats, scribbling lyrics into a notepad, or laughing with producers in the booth.

Sometimes Zoey appeared beside him, smiling proudly as she supported him.

Other times, his label crew and Cleopatra Monroe were captured in the background, strategizing or vibing to new tracks.

The message was clear.

Barry exhaled slowly, absorbing everything Wei had said. After a moment, he spoke.“How long would it take to master this Supreme Life-Force Martial Art?” Barry asked. “I have a family and a city to tend to. I can’t just abandon everything and disappear for years.”Wei did not answer immediately. Instead, he studied Barry again, his gaze sharper this time, as though peering beneath flesh and bone.“For an ordinary person,” Wei said at last, “it would take decades. Even for a genius, it would require many years of steady dedication and insane focus.”Barry frowned slightly, already feeling discouraged. There was no way he was staying away from his family for decades.“But in your case,” Wei continued, “it may take only six months. Perhaps a year at most.”Barry’s eyes widened in surprise. “That fast? Why is my case different?”Wei’s staff tapped lightly against the floor as he spoke.“Because you have already broken past the limits of ordinary humans,” Wei said calmly. “The power of a

  • The supreme life-force martial arts

A few days later, once the dust had fully settled and the world had moved on from House Lionheart, Barry sent out a discreet invitation. It was addressed to only one person. The mysterious martial arts master who had offered to train him to become the strongest.Barry invited him properly to his home.On the day of the master’s arrival, Barry sent a black luxury sedan bearing the Sullivan crest to pick him up at the private airport terminal. Hours later, the same car pulled up before Barry's private home.Inside the mansion, Barry stood by the dining hall window, hands behind his back. Sebastian appeared silently at his side.“The guest has arrived, Master,” Sebastian said.A moment later, the doors opened. The martial arts master entered dressed in a simple white robe that hung loosely from his shoulders, its fabric unadorned and unmarked by wealth or status. Leather sandals wrapped his feet, and in his right hand he carried a plain wooden staff. His long white hair flowed freely d

  • A generational alliance

The genie raised his hand. “As you wish,” he said. Then he snapped his fingers, the sound echoing through the chamber like a gunshot. For a brief instant, the air trembled. The genie’s voice rang out.“The successful coup has been reversed,” he declared. “Roland Lionheart is no longer king.”Roland gasped. Something inside him broke like glass. “The will of the people has been restored,” the genie continued. “The military’s loyalty to Roland has been severed. No one would answer to you anymore.”Roland felt it instantly. The authority he had over the military and his subjects had evaporated in the air. He slumped forward, barely catching himself with his hands as his knees hit the floor again. The genie turned to Barry. “Do you desire any further wishes, master?”Barry looked at the lamp, then at Roland, then calmly shook his head. “That’ll be all.”The genie nodded. “Very well. If you ever require my presence, rub the lamp and I'll be summoned.”His form dissolved into smoke and lig

  • Reversed Wish

Roland staggered back a step, his eyes darting between the two men who had just appeared in his private chamber.“Who are you?” he demanded hoarsely. “How did you get in here? What are you doing in my palace?”Barry met his gaze calmly, hands buried deep in his pockets. He looked very relaxed as if he was standing in his own living room.“I’m the Big Man of Liberty City,” Barry said casually. “I’m sure you’re surprised to see me. Don’t worry—most people don’t know what I look like either.”Roland’s pupils shrank. For a split second, panic flashed across his face. Then he forced himself to straighten, drawing himself up with the pride of a king.“This makes no sense,” he snapped. “My nation’s defenses are impenetrable. My guards are everywhere. How did you get past them?”Barry glanced sideways at Sebastian.“Oh, we didn’t sneak past anyone,” he replied. “My butler has the power of teleportation. We simply appeared here.”Roland’s head snapped toward Sebastian, staring at him as if he

  • The last wish

The genie tilted his head in confusion. Other men would've used their last wish for more power, but Roland was only interested in his niece.“If I may ask, King Roland,” he said calmly, “why do you desire your niece to return to you?”Roland’s eyes sharpened.“Because Elara is a threat to my reign as king,” he snapped. “She may look meek, but she's very smart and dangerous. If she lives freely, she could rally other nations against me. I can't risk that.”His fingers curled into a fist as he looked up at the genie with a cold gaze.“I want her brought back so I can eliminate her,” Roland continued. “When she’s gone, no one will dare challenge me again. I will rule forever.”The genie regarded him for a long moment, realizing this man was a psychopath.“Very well,” he said at last. “Speak your wish, and it shall be granted.”His heart racing, Roland opened his mouth to make his wish. But the words never came.A sudden, crushing weakness washed over him. His vision blurred, the room sp

  • King Roland Lionheart

King Roland Lionheart sat upon his throne like a conquering tyrant. He crossed his leg lazily over the other while his fingers drummed quietly on the armrest."My Lord," a messenger rushed in. "The envoys have returned."Roland raised his chin. "Let them in."The heavy doors creaked open, and the three envoys entered the throne room in silence. They knelt before him, their heads bowed low against the floor."Your Majesty," General Corvus greeted him, his voice unsteady.Roland’s eyes narrowed. He didn't see Elara with them. They had all returned empty handed. “Where is my niece?” he demanded sharply. "Did you succeed on your assignment?"The envoys exchanged uneasy glances. A brief hesitation passed between them before Corvus swallowed and spoke.“Your Majesty, the Big Man of Liberty City refused to release the princess.”Roland surged forward in his seat. “What?” he roared. The hawk-nosed envoy lifted his head slightly. “The Big Man threatened the throne, Your Majesty. He said he i
