"On whose order?"Stephen thundered.

He strides inside with Oscar and Lucas behind him.

He stopped before the chief and slopes his head to the side.

"Can you be more noble,officer?"he frowned.

"You're going to release these criminals out there in the streets?. To harm the harmless citizens?."he pointed his walking staff at him.

The chief let's out a jeer and scrunched up his nose.

When the line got connected,he handed the phone over to the chief who collected it reluctantly.

"Hello?"he said into the phone,his gaze not leaving Stephen.
