Chapter 7 Home, Back to school. Cont 3

We got to the vending machine, a few people around waiting our turn.

I really hope they never change.

Partially listening to them I was having a dilemma of a lifetime. I came to school today without anything in mind than to see the faces I've missed.

[But after that what, that's it! Ideally since I came back from 'rehab' I should have taken some days of to get reacquainted and recoup, but there wasn't need for that now.]

Despite the fact I just said I wish they never change and my new found smidgen in confidence, it would feel a little awkward joining in on their fun right after returning.

As if hearing my inner thoughts, God provided. I was brought out of my reverie when something made it into my ears.

"... hey guys now that Rin's back, why don't we commemorate the occasion of return?"

So gathering from what they said. During my absence, even the fact I never joined them, it just didn't feel right going peeping, so they restrained themselves.
