The next day Romeo purposely took a cab to the government house with the intention of meeting with the governor of Yilaburg.

The reason he put the dissolution of Dr Aaron Bautmeger's regime on hold was because he believed that Dr Aaron was a good man, I mean his works of charity and investments in the states health and education sector was the talk of the town and besides that, there were improvements in the whole state, compared to that of the past regime.

Romeo decided to see the governor himself in the disguise of a normal citizen.

Now he new that seeing such an individual of such political post needed some procedures to be followed but since Dr Aaron announced that his office was opened to any citizen of Yilaburg, he believed he was doing the right thing.

After greeted the police officers that were mounted by the security post as he made his way towards the governor state house.

"Hello sir how may I help you?" Asked a seemingly nice clerk. She was a lady.

"Um hello ma, I know it may sound arkward but I wish to see his Excellency Dr Aaron Bautmeger." Romeo was very polite in his speech.

The lady smiled. "No it is not arkward for you to say that." She began to put down some writing on a beautifully decorated card.

"May I know what you wish to discuss with the governor?"

"Just security matters." He leaned towards the clerk. "I am a spy for the government." He said in a breathless whisper.

"Can I see your ID?"

Romeo took out his metal plated badge with the insignia of the Mondoshi coat of arms and with an inscription indicating that he was a member of the Mondoshi defense agency.

"Oh. Lance corporal Romeo Stewart. Were is your uniform and colleagues?"

Romeo smiled. "I prefer to keep a low profile. I am a spy remember."

"Oh yes. You can go in, here is your pass."

"Thanks. And one more thing, try to walk around a little bit, free yourself from work stress and smile often. You are spending too much money on morphine. Mrs Rosalyn Stauch."

The lady was wide eyed and surprised. "How did you know about me? Have we met before?"

"No. I can sense what is wrong with you from the shudderness in your voice."

"What about name?"

"I heard your colleague call you Rosalyn, and the beads on the locks of your hair are traditionally made, it also signifies that you are a native of the Fai'e, and people of the Fai'e prefer to be called, Stauch, Voun, Mailste and Yensi. I was lucky with the surname wasn't I?" He smiled at Rosalyn and moved slowly from her presence.

Rosalyn shook her head in surprise. "This guy is amazing." She whispered.

Romeo was ushered to the waiting room where he was to wait for his turn to meet the governor.

He was surprised that the governor didn't have as many visits as he had envisaged. He was the only one in the waiting room, or didn't he operate based on the open door policy as he had declared.

After about twenty minutes a police officer entered the waiting room and signaled for Romeo to jump up.

Upon reaching the corridors he saw about three young ladies lewdly and slutry dressed walk past him. They held a briefcase each of them.

Romeo was surprised, but he decided not to give it a thought that moment.

He was led to the governor's office and before he entered the office the guards at the entrance saluted him.

Romeo was wide eyed. But he guessed right, Rosalyn had informed them that he was a Lance corporal and a spy for the government, No wonder they let him in.

He was searched before he was let in and upon entering the governor's office he couldn't believe his eyes.

The governor a man in his fifties with a salt and pepper beard was roughly dressed and he struggled to button his shirt.

Romeo frowned, breaking off his salute in an instant.

Not only was Romeo surprised, but he was also disappointed that a man he revered and had a soft spot for was a patron of whores.

He considered it more disgraceful at the fact that the act was done in the state house.

"What is the meaning of this?" Romeo was enraged, he forgot that he was to feign cordial submission to the governor as a Lance corporal, a low ranked military personnel.
