Chapter 6: The Bank of Adonis

Louis frowned, the one who came was none other than Steve. Next to him was Judy. She took Steve's arm and looked at Louis disdainfully. They had just completed their affairs here.

Louis frowned; the people around heard the staff's words, and Steve also silently laughed and talked about him. Louis seriously said: "If you do not recognize this bank, it shows that your capacity is not enough. I want to meet your manager."

Elly lowered her head and was about to respond when suddenly, a female secretary appeared. She came to receive Steve. When she saw everyone gathered to talk, she frowned and said, "What happened?!"

Elly looked at the female secretary, but she was slower than Steve. He quickly said, "Oh, there you are. Your bank has a card-stealing customer. You should arrest him and hand him over to the police as quickly as possible."

The female secretary knows that Steve is rich; she usually has to flatter Steve. She looked at Louis, saw him dressed in poverty, and immediately said: "No security? Why let a thief mess up in our bank."

She had just finished speaking when the guards from outside rushed in to arrest Louis.

Elly saw the situation was not good and quickly ran to find the manager.

The security guard captured Louis; he had nothing to say. He does not understand why so many stupid people exist in the world.

Steve saw that Louis was arrested, laughed, and said: "Don't try to get something that doesn't belong to you. You stay here and wait for the police to come."

The secretary smiled flatly and finished some formalities for Steve. Steve only stayed for a while, then immediately led his girlfriend to leave. Before leaving, he told his secretary, "Remember to report it to the police."

The secretary smiled and said, "Definitely, Mr. Steve."

After Steve left, the female secretary immediately came in. She looked at Louis disdainfully and said: "I will report to the police; you just wait for your behavior to be exposed!"

Louis laughed and said, "Just call the police. You will regret your actions."

When the secretary heard Louis say that, he laughed and said: "That's funny; how can a poor person like you make me regret it?"

Just as she was about to call the police, suddenly a voice sounded, "What's wrong? Who wants to see me?"

The manager came over, and behind him was Elly.

The female secretary heard that voice and immediately bowed: "Mr Kelvin."

He nodded and walked over to Louis, commanding the security to release Louis.

"May I have look at your card?" Kelvin said to Louis.

Louis gave him his credit card. The manager's eyes widened slightly, looking from the card to Louis.

After a while, he said: "This is only for the richest people in the world. Indeed, my subordinates can’t recognize it."

Then he immediately signaled the secretary to apologize to Louis.

However, she did not expect the card in Louis' hand to be the card for the wealthiest people in the world. She’d rather believe that Louis had stolen it from someone.

She pointed at Louis and said: "He is a thief, absolutely. How could someone like him get such a card without stealing?"

She yelled, "Okay, you won't admit it, do you? I'll call the police anyway!"

Louis was also highly annoyed by the secretary's attitude. It’s really unfortunate to meet such a hysteria woman in the bank.

Thus, he decided to get his card back and leave away.

The manager felt dissatisfied with her but also had some doubts about Louis.

Louis looked poor that he didn’t seem like the owner of this credit card.

Just as the manager was hesitating, his eyes suddenly caught a glimpse of something bright. His gaze accidentally landed on the snake in Louis' watch.

The manager only felt his legs shaking; he almost broke out in a cold sweat because he knew what that symbol meant!

He looked at the female secretary, who was still keeping throwing dirty words toward Louis. He shouted:"Call security to pull her out. Shame in our bank!"

The secretary didn’t even notice the word "her" and asked the guards to arrest Louis instead:"Hurry up, send the thief to the police station!Hurry up..."

Until she was controlled by several guards that she realized Mr Kelvin pointed her just now. She fell into panic:" Mr Kelvin, why? How can you believe in this poor man, such a despicable thief" 

Before she was dragged away, she could only see Louis' cold face and the manager's unprecedented reverence. Why is it possible? How could that poor guy be the owner of this bank?

Never never! The female secretary almost went crazy and ran towards the bank, but security stopped her.

Seeing Louis through the glass door, she deeply regretted it, but now there was nothing she could do.

She got in here through a kinship; she doesn't have a degree. It will be difficult for her to find a new leisure job.

But inside the bank, the manager bowed and pushed Louis into his private room: "Please, young master, come to the VIP room to have a cup of tea first."

Louis was also surprised because the manager said he owned the whole bank.

He lowered his head slightly, looking at the watch in his hand. Perhaps he understood why the manager reacted like that. The title of the heir to the wealthiest family in the world seems not fake.

He looked at the manager and said: "No need, you just need to check how much money is in this card."

The manager did not dare to delay; hearing Louis say that, he nodded rapidly. The quick movement that checks the amount on the card helps Louis.

Finally, Louis got his card back. He also knows that his card currently has 10 billion dollars. It was too much for him, but he knew his father wanted him to learn how to be rich. So he will have to spend this money decisively!

Louis looked at Elly once and then said to the manager: "Her service is excellent. I think you can nominate her for a higher position."

The manager, of course, will recognize Louis's words. He immediately nodded his head and said, "Understood, sir. I will hold a staffing adjustment to double-check all employees. Also, appoint Miss Elly as the new secretary."

Hearing that, Louis nodded with satisfaction. He looked at Elly, saw her still bewildered, immediately laughed, then left the bank.

Elly in the back, looked at Louis's back for a long time before returning to her senses. Then she couldn't help but feel like crazy. Unexpectedly, just for helping a stranger, she was appointed as the new secretary!

Elly thought so to herself, then worked hard again. She didn't have time to thank Louis just now. If you can see him again, she must thank him very well!

Louis left the bank; the manager personally escorted him to the door.

Just as Louis was about to go home, his phone rang. And an unexpected person called him at that moment.
