Chapter 21

Amelia rose on her feet, took her purse, and started walking towards the door, once she rested her hands on the doorknob, she turned and gazed at her grandma before smiling.

"Grandma, please…" She declared beneath her lips.

Modella let out a deep breath before bundling herself into one. When she arrived close to the door, she whispered in Amelia's ears before walking away. She said Amelia was not going to run away from their conversation for long.

Indeed Amelia was running away from their conversation. She was not ready to change the name of her company and not go into a collaboration with her granny. That was perhaps the last thing she wanted to do.

She really had lots of work to do at the office, but she couldn't concentrate on them. She had to lie to her granny that she was going somewhere else.

On reaching the login, she stumbled and nearly fell. Luckily a man was behind her, he was right on point in preventing her from falling.

"Ouch, be careful belle." The man who saved her said
