Army woke up panting and disoriented. Her body ached everywhere. Ugly purple and red bruises on her skin. Aries, she had to kill Aries. She had one job, and she fucked up. "Fuck!"

She tried to move as fast as possible out of the king sized bed. Stretching her limbs, until she heard their crack when the doors to her room sprang open.

Asher stood at the door a tray in hand to change her bandages. "Going somewhere?"

"You saved me?" she asked in shock. He moved to the side of the bed. "I'm shocked as well."

She frowned. "Why?"

He shrugged "You ask a lot of questions you and you haven't even answered mine."

Recollecting herself, she continued to move to the edge of the bed steadily. "I have a job to do."

"You're not well," he said, simply dropping the tray in the drawer.

She fumed "I'm fine, I'm awake. That's all that's needed."
