“That’s more like it!” Bruce yelled in glee and the next second he winced in pain as he hit his bandaged thigh. Robin didn’t even cast a glance at him as he followed the screaming Smith into one of the cages.

“Tie him to that chair,” Robin said as soon as he spotted a chair in the middle of a cage. Soon, he was left alone in the cage while Bruce, his men, and Mac stood outside the cage while the rest of the prisoners continued to cower in fear. They weren’t ready for the nightmare that was about to happen.

“What the fuck do you want to do?” Smith spat out with an angry look in his eyes. But then Robin didn’t bother to reply to him.

“What do you think?” Robin asked back as he walked around the cage looking through the torture tools scattered around. His eyes twinkled as he saw a switch on the wall and he halted.

“What does that switch do?” He asked Bruce with eager eyes as he wouldn’t mind zapping electricity through Smith’s body.

“Did you find anything?” Robin asked as soon as Leon came back and the old man nodded. “He is telling the truth,” Leon said simply causing Robin to look at Arti with a probing look. However, he didn't want to probe too much as what he needed to do now was to find Angie. “I think you need to go back to the underworld. They abducted her.” Arti chipped. “I hate to say this but if we don't act fast, Angie might die.” “Shit!” Robin cussed in anger and punched the air. He didn't want to go back there at all. But then the dark band was still with him and there was no way they wouldn't look out for him. “Get ready, we are leaving!” He ordered and then turned to go to his bedroom with Leon to prepare. On the other hand, Arti smirked in victory. He was the one who planned the abduction. No matter what, he wanted his previous boss, Bruce’s legacy to go on. He would do everything to get Robin back there. Arti was itching to put more bullets into the heads of people and he couldn't do that

I will get it for you.” Robin uttered, as he made her lay on his bed and he covered her up. He did everything with so much care that Angie was blushing continuously. “No… you don't have to do that.” She said, holding his hand. “You just got out of the police cell, you should rest.” “No, you should be the one resting. Look at me, I'm fine.” Robin put her words down and then stood up to his feet. “Wait here. I'll get you something to eat.” He quickly turned around to leave and before Angie could say something he was gone. She was left sighing on the bed and as she stared blankly at the ceiling, her heart felt full and at the same time, it was in turmoil. She didn't know if Robin was being so caring because of the recent happenings. It was likely so but then why did he have to kiss her before everyone earlier? Does he lik

Robin was remanded in the interrogation room which had dim lighting and two police officers sat before him. “So, where were you with Mac before he died?” They asked. “We were on a work trip,” Robin replied. His reply was vague but then that was the truth. However, it only made the officers more suspicious. “You can't just say you were on a work trip. Where exactly?” They asked. “I–” Knock!Knock!!Robin was cut off with a knock on the door and in the next second, the door opened and a police officer in uniform walked in. “Sir, Angie Hamilton appeared and is demanding to speak to the detective in charge of the case.” The police officer announced. “Angie? Angie is here?” Robin shot up to his feet with a surprised look on his face. How did she get there when she was supposed to be hospitalized? That was the thought in his head and he was about to move to go to her without thinking of anything else.“Mr. Claire, you will have to stay here.” One officer, held him by his shoulder an

"It's done..." Robin said on the phone with a sigh through his lips. Alexander was locked up in the cell and he was back in Bruce's mansion. "Really? You have Alexander?" Leon said from the other side of the phone. His heart was filled with glee at the thought that their efforts were not in vain. "Yes, Leon. I have a few plans I would need you to carry out." Robin said and Leon answered accordingly. He was ready to do whatever Robin said and a few seconds later, Robin dished out a few instructions and Leon understood.
