Nathan and Jhon arrived in the city of Manhattan, they immediately rushed to The Mark Hotel, the most expensive hotel in the world, which had Grand Penthouse type rooms. Perhaps Nathan and John would stay in the city for some time. After arriving at the hotel, they went straight to the reception desk to check in.

"Welcome to The Mark Hotel, how may I help you?" greeted the receptionist kindly.

Nathan smiled, "We have a reservation for a few nights. My name is Nathan Moreno."

The receptionist quickly checked their reservation details. "Yes, that's right. The room has been prepared for you, Mr. Nathan Moreno. If there is anything we can do for you during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us."

"Thank you," Nathan said as he took the room key card.

After checking in, Nathan and Jhon immediately went to their rooms to put things away. They both agreed to finalize Nathan's divorce so that Nathan could focus on his business and new life, but Nathan also wanted to teach Miranda and his rivals a valuable lesson.

"Jhon, we should meet the lawyer now," said Nathan, who was looking forward to meeting the lawyer.

"Yes, Young Master," Jhon replied firmly.

A few hours later, Nathan and Jhon met with a reliable lawyer to arrange the divorce papers. The lawyer was a middle-aged woman who was well-known for her expertise in handling divorce cases, especially the case of her new client, Nathan.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Nathan Moreno and Jhon. I am Emily Thompson, a divorce lawyer who will help you resolve this matter," Emily greeted kindly.

Nathan nodded, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Thompson. I was hoping you could help me settle this matter quickly."

Emily smiled, "Of course, Mr. Nathan. Let's sit down and we'll go over the details."

They sat down in Emily's consulting room to discuss the details of Nathan's divorce. Nathan explained that he wanted the divorce process to be completed quickly and without a protracted trial.

"I understand, Mr. Nathan. I will do my best to fulfill your request. However, keep in mind that this divorce process takes time and there are several procedures we must follow," Emily explained.

Nathan nodded, "I understand. What's important to me is for this to be completed quickly and without any significant problems."

Emily took notes on all the information provided by Nathan and John. After all the details were discussed, they agreed to start the divorce process immediately without a trial.

"Alright, I will take care of all the necessary paperwork right away. You will hear from me as soon as everything is ready," Emily said.

After meeting with the lawyer, Nathan and Jhon were accompanied by Emily to the divorce office to take care of the necessary paperwork. They hoped that the divorce process would go smoothly and be completed quickly, so that Nathan could focus on his new future.

Nathan, Jhon, and lawyer Emily arrive at the divorce office. Nathan is assisted by Emily in taking care of the necessary documents for the divorce process. They worked hard to complete all the necessary procedures, and within a few days, the divorce papers were issued.

Emily gave the divorce papers to Nathan. "Congratulations, Mr. Nathan Moreno. Your divorce proceedings have been finalized. May this decision bring you happiness in the future," Emily said with a smile.

Nathan smiled with relief, "Thank you, Mrs. Thompson, for your help in this process."

After finishing the divorce, Nathan and Jhon rushed to his ex-wife's house. They arrived in front of a fairly large and imposing house. Nathan was tense, but he knew that this was the step he needed to take to put his annoying past behind him.

Jhon got out early and opened the car door for Nathan. John saluted Nathan as Nathan got out of the car. Nathan smiled at John to thank him for his support.

Grey and Louis were surprised to see the luxury car parked in their yard. Both came out of the house and approached the car. Louis furrowed his brow, not recognizing Nathan. Neither did Grey, the middle-aged woman didn't recognize Nathan either.

"Excuse me, sir, who are you?" asked Louis, surprised by Nathan's presence.

Nathan took off his sunglasses, he smiled faintly at the two people who had insulted him the other day. "I am Nathan Moreno. I would like to meet your daughter, Mrs. Grey, Mr. Louis," Nathan said calmly.

Grey and Louis were immediately surprised. "Is this man really Nathan Moreno?" Grey still couldn't believe that this rich man in front of him was the son-in-law he had despised.

"Excuse me, Mrs. Grey. Could you please call your daughter, Miss Miranda?" pleaded Jhon, trying to calm down the excitement.

Grey and Louis looked at each other, still surprised by Nathan's arrival. They immediately went inside the house to call Miranda.

Miranda stepped out of the house, frowning when she saw the man she hadn't seen in days standing in front of her.

"You---" Miranda paused, finding it hard to believe the reality before her eyes.

Nathan smiled slightly. "How are you, Miss Miranda?" he said in a calm voice, trying to start a conversation.

A sudden sense of confusion and anger rose within Miranda. "What's this joke, Nathan? Are you pretending to be rich now? Where are the clothes, the cars, the rent?" she asked in a mocking tone, as if to release the accumulated anger.

"Yes, Miranda. Your ex-husband must have rented everything to make him look like a rich man. Then you regret divorcing him, what a great actor he is, Miranda. Mom and Dad almost believed her cheap act, huh," Mrs. Grey interjected while gyrating her waist, adding to the chaos of the situation.

Nathan kept his cool, "This is no joke, Miss Miranda, Mrs. Grey." He tried to explain and clarify the escalating situation.

Miranda still couldn't believe it; she was staring intently at Nathan, looking for signs that this was a scam.

"Is all this just you trying, Nathan? Yes, your attempt to get me back in your life? Tsk! Don't dream, Nathan. Your efforts will end in vain," Miranda said, still not believing the change in Nathan, who had become a rich man.

However, Nathan ignored Miranda and Mrs. Grey's comments. He asked Jhon to give him the divorce papers that Miranda had to sign immediately through the eye code, and Jhon immediately handed the divorce papers to Nathan.

"My purpose in coming here is only for this, Miss Miranda," Nathan said as he handed over the divorce papers.

Miranda took the letter and read it carefully. She was silent for a moment, digesting the contents of the letter. After a moment, she nodded slowly, indicating that she had read and understood the contents.

"I understand, Nathan," Miranda said finally. "I will sign this letter."

Nathan received the letter with a faint smile. He didn't want to appear to be enjoying the situation, but there was a feeling of pride that couldn't be hidden. "I have to show him that I can do better without him," Nathan thought to himself.

"Come on, Miranda, don't be swayed by your ex-husband's appearance," invited Grey, who immediately embraced Miranda into the house.

Miranda felt that Grey was a ray of light when her life was pitch black. Nathan put on his glasses again, trying to hide the disappointment in his eyes.

Jhon tapped Nathan on the shoulder. "Come on, young sir, our job here is done. In time, they will come to believe who Nathan Moreno is."

"Yes, you're right, Jhon," Nathan said firmly. "I know that when they find out who I am now, Miranda will realize that she made the wrong choice," Nathan told himself, feeling optimistic about the changes that had taken place in his life.

Nathan nodded. "Prepare the place. I'll give a statement after lunch." Jhon nodded quickly, but before exiting, he added, "Oh, there's someone who wants to see you."
