The smile on Jason's face slowly disappeared making him wonder who he really was.

" You know it is kind of funny how some of you think you can measure to me. I alone have the power to do that!" Jason snapped and the bickering stopped

" Look at you. Dirty, poor and filthy. I expect you to grovel at my feet, Thomas. That is the only way your father can even keep his job. And what do you mean come work for me? Don't make me laugh." Jason said laughing.

But instead, Kael said nothing. " Can you input your father's account number here?"

Thomas walked closer to him and with a shaky hands, he pressed the digit.

Everyone kept their mouth shut.

Anxious to see what was going to happen next. The tension was so suffocating that even Jason and his cronies were scared. All eyes was fixed on Kael who was busy with his phone.

He pressed a million dollar but instead it came out with a red alert.

Kael's face went pale immediately he saw the alert. Maybe it was all a mistake. The system has told him earlier to limit his spendings.

Maybe he cannot send a million dollars.

Kael reduced the figure and pressed five hundred dollars. But instead another red alert pop up.

His heart beat fast as he began to hear their gentle whisper.

" I knew something was not adding up."

" What is his drift? Is he trying to show off or what?"

" He doesn't have the money. How can someone looking this unkept have lots of money let alone employ Thomas father. He should just forget it."

" I knew he was faking it. The alert and taking big."

" We are waiting." A voice boomed from behind Thomas.

Kael didn't kno what to do. He looked up to see all the judgemental face staring at him.

" I knew this was just a way of making more mockery of yourself, Kael. You are going to go down and bark like a dog. Maybe I will think about how I am going to lessen your punishment then!"

[ Ding ! ]

Kael's phone beeped again.

[ System voice : You need the system pin to transfer any amount of money from your account. Your system pin is 17865]

Kael immediately pressed the pin and the money went. He let out a smile and looked at Thomas who was still visibly shaking

" So. What were you saying?" Kael said arrogantly. " Do you think I am scared of you?"

" Scared?" Jason looked back and laughed. He had a serious gaze that made Thomas stepped back.

" Scared is an understatement. You should be and so should all of you starimg at me. You all are beneath me here and not to mention that my father's money pay for some of your tuition fees."

Some of the students hid thier faces as Jason walked past them. " Thomas!" Jason called.

" Why don't you all fall on your knees and bark like a dog. Maybe I will reconsider your poor father."

The tension was now thick.

None of the students knew what Kael has done.

" Do you think he sent the money already?"

" If he did then why is Thomas not falling to his knees to show gratitude?"

" I don't think Kael did anything. He is just bluffing and Jason is going to kick his ass."

Thomas looked at Kael expecting him to give the order. Probably to make him stop but Kael said nothing. He fell to his knees and bowed his head.

" I knew it!" A student said laughing.

" omg! We wasted our time for this? I can't believe he was just trying to fool around." Another said.

Kael’s eyes narrowed, his fists clenched at his side as Thomas slowly lowered his head to the floor.

Jason grinned, triumphant. “There. That’s more like it. Maybe now you will learn his place.”

The crowd murmured, half laughing, half uncomfortable. The humiliation was thick, like oil in the air.

But Kael didn’t flinch. Instead, he took a single step forward.

“Stand up, Thomas,” he said, his voice low but commanding.

Thomas blinked in confusion, still on his knees. “What?”

“I said stand up,” Kael repeated, louder this time.

" What? Are you going to give me a company too?" Thomas said mockingly.

" And what if I am going too? Don't you believe I can?"

All the students now burst into laughter while some of them threw some trash at Kael.

His clothes was filled with filthy and egg shells.

" Can you stop lying for once?"

" Behaving like your father owns the world."

" I guess his father is the president or even the prime minister."

" Says a boy who could not even buy himself a nice pair of shoes."

A loud laughter erupted through the hallway yet again.

That was it.

Kael grabbed Thomas by the hand and pulled him up but instead a blow to the jaw sending him backward.

" What are you doing?" One of Jason's cronies said rolling his long sleeve up.

" I don't think you know your place yet. Do you want me to help your grovel or bark when you are being asked too?" Zack said with a smirk on his face.

Kael got up and in a flash darted towards him. He managed to get past Zack and when he got in front of Jason, he landed a blow to his face.

[ Students gasp]

"He has dug his own grave."

" He is dead now."

" I am sure the school won't even worry about his death."

Jason groaned on the floor as some of his friends ran to get him up.

He touched his nose and saw he was bleeding. " That's it! Hold him down!" Jaosn shouted

They all immediately grabbed Kael and had him pinned to the floor. " Get me that!" Jason shouted pointing at the fire extinguisher that was being hung on the wall near the exit.

Kael's eyes nearly popped wondering what he was going to do. In a flash Jason lifted up the extinguisher to slam it on Kael's hand but a voice ten through the hallway.

" What the hell is going on here?!" the voice said walking past the students.

Kael's name was on the lips of all the students, including some of the educators who had seen the whole show go down. Some said he was a freak, while the rest wanted to know how he did it. "He must be on drugs." "Are you sure? Because the last time I checked, no drug could ever do that shit!" "Then what? Are you saying he is on some kind of drug?" "No! You idiots. What if he's into magic?" One of the students burst into laughter. "You mean like Aladdin and the genie?" he said, adjusting his spectacles. "You, my friend, have been watching too much Disneyland. Don't you think you are too old for that?" "Listen, you are not thinking the way I am thinking. Kael was nobody. I searched for his name on Google, and trust me, nothing came out. No connection and definitely not family ties. Who the hell is he? But then seeing what I saw today, I can only come to one conclusion. He is using." "Magic." The petite guy said it again, and they all burst into laughter. "You better get your ac

I doubt he would ever be able to play football ever again, maybe forever.”“Serves him right for thinking he could compete.”" Who does he think he is?" Through the blur, Jordan stood back as he basked in joy. He stood a few feet away, chest heaving, but there was no guilt on his face. No fear and no remorse for what he had done. It was replaced with something everyone saw. Pride. . Like he had accomplished exactly what he came here to do.“Take him off the field,

The air grew stiff, and the cafeteria went silent like everyone was waiting for a bomb to go off. Phones were still out, cameras flashing, recording every movement. Jason stood tall, his grin widening as if he had just trapped a rat.Kael tilted his head slightly, his lips twitching into a half-smile. “Really? Since when do chairs come with ownership tags, Jason?”Jason’s laughter echoed across the cafeteria. “Since I said so. That seat is mine, and everyone knows it.” He stepped closer, lowering his voice but making sure everyone could hear. “You’re not sitting next to Maya. Not today, not ever. Got it?”Gasps rippled through the students. Some whispered Jason’s words under their breath, as if repeating them gave the threat more weight." Do you think Kael is going to listen to him?" " He is scared o
