There is a way you are being looked at when people think you cannot afford them.

You are being treated like a scumbag, like garbage but all of that changes when they notice that you are no longer the same poor boy they order around anymore.

I looked at my phone and I wasn't sure if was dreaming or I was hallucinating. Everything felt so unreal.

Like it was some movie and I was only the main character. I still couldn't believe if could own a company of my own even if I had worked my ass off for thirty good years.

This can't be real. It can't be happening. That was the same word I kept repeating and telling myself as I grabbed my phone looking at the money that just dropped into my account.

A gentle smile appeared on my lips yet again. I had just completed the mission. Gathered men that was going to help me oversee the company that I was not even sure of what I was going to make of it.

It would have been nice if the system had given me a clue, told me what exactly I was supp

Kael's eyes darted back and forth, staring at the three most notorious individuals in the school. He knew what he had to do, but the fear of letting them loose scared the shit out of him. It was more like he was letting loose a walking time bomb inside the school premises. The thought of him being the one to unleash them scared the hell out of him, but yet, he needed their service. Kael’s brow furrowed slightly as he took in Gage’s words. “Get you out of this wing?” He repeated slowly, as though he needed to be sure he’d heard right. Leon chuckled bitterly, leaning his shoulder against the wall. “You think this is just some hangout for tough kids? Nah, rich boy. We were kept here because the school authorities are scared of us." I gulped down the thick saliva at the back of my throat, and the hair at the back of my neck stood up. "I need your help." I managed to speak the words out of my mouth. "You need our help? With what?" Viper asked, walking closer. I moved a

The system time was visibly seen on the corner of Kael's phone. He knew what he had to do by now. He needed to get the last man to complete the mission the system had given to him. As the rain beat against his windshield, Kael looked at his phone; the countdownwas there. He knew it was either he took charge of his life or let it slip away. One thing was certain: Kael was not ready to go back to his old life. Living off scraps and being called different names. Kael is tired of it. Kael’s feet hurt, and his eyelids were heavy from lack of sleep, but he didn’t stop. Four recruits. One more to go. The system was silent now, watching, calculating. Thirty-seven hours. He walked through the rain-soaked city, the moonlight reflecting off broken glass and puddles in forgotten alleys. The world looked different from this side. It wasn’t about glory. It wasn’t about revenge anymore. It was about building something that lasted—even if no one else saw it coming.Kael was not only ready to hav

Kael didn’t look back. He knew better now and he was slowly beginning to see the world for what it is. He was slowly moving on from people who wanted him to fall, people who hated him. That part of his life, the part that begged for scraps and apologies from people who saw him as less, was over. And yet… every footstep forward came with a whisper in his head.“You must always act in line with justice…”Kael gritted his teeth. “Then let justice come to those who deserve it.” He walked for blocks, scanning the streets, watching people with a different lens now—people who weren’t seen. The system didn’t just ask for strength. It demanded purpose. The second recruit came unexpectedly. A boy—no older than sixteen—was squatting behind a mechanic shop, wrapping bloody knuckles in a dirty rag. He had a split lip, swollen eye, and the stubborn look of someone who had fought too many times to lose hope now. Kael crouched beside him. “You fight for money?” The boy flinched, then looked K

When Kael promised to do the impossible, the students were all eager to see and make sure he fulfilled his promises. The school portal was filled with different stories and gossip of how Kael has humiliated Jason and even worse. Some of them either added to it while some went ahead to make mockery of Jason. Of course, they were done under false names and different users. If Jason gets a hold of them, they were going to be pleading for mercy, just like Thomas and his father was. But none of that was Kael's concern. Rather, he was bothered about what the system was going to hit him with next. The rules. Kael’s fingers twitched slightly as he stepped into the sunlight outside the factory, the ownership documents clutched tightly in his hand. He could hear the barring sound and hono from all corners of the street but Kael, he is want bothered about any of that. Not for a minutes. The city air tasted different now—powerful, sharp, almost intoxicating. He had walked i

Everyone turned to look at Kale. " No way. He is bluffing." " And what if he isn't? What if he is going to really do it?" " He gave him the million dollars didn't he?" Another voice said. Most of the kids began to take their words back while both the Dean and Mr Felix couldn't help but stare at Kael. " I am going to pay your three million just to manage the new factory I am just going to be buying. I need workers by the way. You can be my first employee." Kael said with a smile plastered across his face. For a brief moment, Jason was taken back. Kael could see the look in his eyes. The look of uncertainty was visible seen. " Do you honestly think you can bully your way through school? That no one is going to rise up to the challenge? FYI I am going to make you pay for everything." At that moment, Kael heard another system chime. [ Ding! ] [ System voice; Upgrading would be done in a minute. You have successfully boosted your moral. Fight off injustice and offer a
