When the chaos continued with soldiers firing at each other blindly, a soldier's voice called for the men to cease fire, but it was in vain at first.

"Hold your fire," he shouted louder, but Rey could guess the soldiers were giving the order so they could reload. He wasn't sure if it was the order to bring the cacophony to an end either.

Rey rose from his belly and ran, knowing very well that he had a little time before the men closed in on the spot where he was staying. He felt for the minds ahead of him, and he could sense the thought of men moving to cut him off. He let out a deadly smile.

He leaped at one of the men in the mist, but it was starting to thin now, and he saw him coming. He parried the blow and then another. Rey struck again for the third time, and his blade easily slipped through the man's defense, cutting him down smoothly.
