Oliver sat in his apartment, staring at the saved CCTV footage on his laptop screen. He had been watching it over and over again for hours, trying to figure out if he recognized the person who had tried to burn down their building.

Carter, his stepbrother, walked into the room and sat down next to him. "Anything new?" he asked.
