The Chronos spoke, his voice devoid of emotion, like the ticking of a celestial clock.

Eleuren answered with a simple nod, her expression unreadable.

Without hesitation, they levitated into the air, moving in tandem like celestial bodies pulled by an unseen force. The temple of the Supreme Father faded behind them as they drifted toward an uncertain fate.

In a chamber where darkness reigned, where the light was nothing more than a reluctant intruder, an altar stood chiselled from the bones of forgotten stars. Strange symbols sprawled across its surface, whispering secrets older than time itself.

At its centre rested a white crystal ball.

A dormant thing. Silent. Cold.

Until it wasn't.

Suddenly, the crystal pulsed eerie glow bursting forth, casting fractured silhouettes against the chamber’s walls.
