“You set them up, admit it!”

Ethan chuckled, amused by her statement.

“Well, those two deserved it for trying to set me up. Besides, they needed to have a taste of what it feels like to be labeled an ex-convict, don't you think?”

Loretta burst into laughter, “Remind me never to provoke you.”

Ethan laughed deeply, as he made a turn and drove in through the gates leading to the main building.

“Hold on a second,” Ethan stopped Loretta before she got out of the Maserati.

“You forgot this. It's yours, so you should wear it,” he said before taking out the diamond necklace that the manager had given them a while ago.

Loretta blushed, as Ethan drew close to her and fixed the necklace around her neck.
