Bruk!

The eyes of every customer widened when they saw that incident.

They all stopped what they were doing. Their eyes were fixed on the fight.

Vergo, who was being watched, did not care at all, he merely looked at the gangster sprawled in front of him.

He stared coldly, before turning around and walking toward the counter near the stall owner who was cooking.

"Make me some food worth 5000 Col." Vergo placed his two banknotes on the counter.

The stall owner nodded, then he immediately prepared a fairly simple meal.

He did not care at all about the fight earlier, although he still felt sorry for the young man.

"It's better for you to leave the stall after you finish eating. This is my advice because the person you defeated is a member of the Dog Hand Gang."

The stall owner still gave Vergo a warning, he did not care whether his warning was heard or not.

However, the important thing was that he had already informed him.

"You're quite kind, Old Man." Vergo said with an amused smile. "Relax, I'll leave after this. I just need to eat."

The stall owner nodded, then he began working. Vergo waited for a while while closing his eyes.

He wanted to check the physical condition of his current body.

'The channels leading to the energy center are quite narrow and the energy center itself looks very chaotic. Is it because this person never trained?' Vergo thought.

'I need to repair this energy center, fortunately, I have the Eternal Crimson Martial Art, so I only need to train for the next few days.' he continued inwardly.

At that very moment, the sound of a bowl being placed right in front of him was heard. This made Vergo open his eyes and see the food fully served.

"Oh, that was quite fast." Vergo said softly, looking at the food that he had just become familiar with.

"Yes, eat. That's a large portion for you to enjoy." The stall owner replied casually.

Vergo nodded, then he began eating. A delicious and refreshing feeling filled him.

Vergo's eyes sparkled, he immediately ate quickly which surprised the stall owner.

"Oi, oi, no need to rush!" The stall owner reminded him, but it was useless.

Vergo continued eating until the food was gone. "Ahh, I'm full. Thanks for the food, Old Man!"

"I didn't expect food like this to be so delicious, I'll come back another time and order this dish again!" Vergo said with a wide smile.

He drank and stood up from his seat.

At that very moment, he turned around and saw that the gangster who had attacked him earlier had disappeared.

"Ah, that's good." Vergo said softly, then he left the stall.

None of the customers had spoken from the very beginning, they all remained silent. They simply ate, then paid before leaving the stall.

The stall owner himself knew that and muttered softly. "Only this time, the noise disappeared."

However, after Vergo left, the customers began speaking again.

"Hey, did we really see that just now?"

"Yes, Jansen was truly defeated and he left with great anger."

"Hurry up, we have to leave. Otherwise, we'll become the targets of the Dog Hand Gang's anger!"

The customers quickly finished their meals and paid, before leaving the stall.

On the other hand, Vergo walked back home. He looked at his two remaining banknotes.

"Now, I have a money problem..." Vergo muttered.

He forgot that no matter where he was, money was the most important thing.

Vergo tried to recall some of the previous owner's memories. Especially how to earn money quickly.

Not long after, his steps came to a halt.

He opened his eyes and looked across the street.

There was a convenience store there.

Vergo's focus was on a piece of paper hanging on the wall.

That's right, what he saw was a fairly famous lottery ticket.

The corners of his mouth lifted. "A good opportunity cannot be ignored."

He walked and arrived at the convenience store. His eyes observed the lottery tickets.

After that, he entered and was greeted by an employee there.

"Welcome to Marvein Convenience Store, is there anything you would like to buy?" The employee asked.

Vergo pointed at the lottery tickets. "I want to buy a lottery ticket, for some reason, I'm interested in it."

The employee's eyes sparkled when he heard his customer's wish.

"To buy a scratch lottery ticket, the price is 500 Col per ticket."

Vergo took out his 5000 Col.

The employee accepted the money and nodded lightly. "Please make your choice, Sir! If you choose correctly, then you will win the grand prize of 5 million Col."

Vergo smiled, then he nodded lightly.

His eyes were fixed on the scratch tickets.

He touched the ticket, then everything hidden beneath the scratch surface appeared.

Only he could see it, then he smiled broadly.

'This is easy.'
