Vergo chose two scratch tickets and the results were blank. This was merely an ordinary decoy.

"What a shame, they're blank." The employee looked disappointed when he saw that.

He seemed to hope that his customer would win the grand prize or an ordinary prize.

That way, he would receive a share when exchanging the money later.

Vergo, who heard that, chuckled softly. "Relax, the next one will definitely win something."

"Hopefully you'll get the grand prize." The employee nodded, supporting that statement.

Vergo began scratching the third ticket and smiled meaningfully. "Got one."

Vergo took it and handed it to the employee. "Just exchange it for cash."

He scratched the fourth and fifth tickets.
