It was Mosa who answered instead.

"Brother, before he left the organization, Duan asked to have his cultivation sealed."

Evan raised an eyebrow. He gave Duan a strange look, like he was staring at a man who'd tied his own hands before walking into a kennel full of dogs.

"You asked to be sealed?" he said. "And then you just let them beat you up like this?"

Duan finally lifted his head. His split lip twisted into a bitter smile.

"I did it on purpose, Brother. I wanted to test her." His eyes flicked toward the bride. "I wanted to know if she'd still want me if I was just some ordinary guy with no power and no money. Turns out that bitch only cares about power and money."

Evan went quiet for a second, then let out a short laugh. Some of the anger faded from his face.

"Good." He patted Duan on the shoulder. "Good thing you did that. Now you won't spend your whole life getting played by a bitch."

"Who are you calling a bitch?!"

The bride let go of Fero's arm and took a step forward. Her name was Serli. Her pretty face was flushed with rage, her finger pointing straight at Duan.

"Duan, you're nothing but trash with nothing to your name! How dare you..."

Evan turned and looked at her.

That was all. He didn't speak, he didn't move, and his expression was still relaxed. But Serli's words caught in her throat. For some reason, every hair on her body stood on end. It felt like being stared at by something that wasn't human, something that could take her life without needing a reason.

She backed away without realizing it, her face pale.

Evan had already stopped paying attention to her. He swept his gaze across the entire hall.

"Where's the bastard called Fero?!"

His shout echoed. The guests all turned in the same direction.

The young man in expensive clothes stepped forward with his chin up. Both hands were in his pockets, and that arrogant smile was still plastered on his face.

"That's me. So what?"

Evan didn't answer.

His hand grabbed a bottle of wine off the nearest table. The next second, he vanished from where he'd been standing, and in a single breath he was right in front of Fero.

Crash!

The bottle shattered over Fero's head.

"AAARGH!"

Fero screamed and staggered, both hands clutching his head. Fresh blood ran between his fingers, mixing with the red wine and soaking into his expensive suit.

The whole hall was stunned. Nobody made a sound. The Young Master of the Feris family, smashed with a bottle in front of everyone?

"Insolent brat! How dare you!"

The roar came from an old man in a dark robe. He shot out from where the bride's family was gathered, his palm slamming toward Evan's chest with enough force to make the air around it whistle.

Evan didn't take a single step back. He just lifted his leg and kicked.

Bam!

The kick and the palm collided. The old man was sent flying back several meters, his shoes scraping across the marble floor before he managed to stop. His expression changed.

The hall erupted.

"That... that's Old Master Ferdi Feris!"

"He got pushed back? By that young guy?"

"Who the hell is this person?"

Ferdi Feris straightened up. His arm was still numb, but he hid it inside the sleeve of his robe. His eyes were cold and full of arrogance.

"Young man, you'd better not get too cocky." His voice was heavy. "It seems you don't know how powerful the Feris family is in this city."

"You hear that, you son of a bitch?!" Fero joined in, shouting. His face was covered in blood, his eyes vicious. "Who do you think you are? In Moon City, my family can make you disappear without a trace! You and that piece of trash are both gonna die tonight!"

Evan listened until they were done, then chuckled. His tone was far more contemptuous than the two of them put together.

"Powerful?" He dug at his ear with his pinky. "You really think being a first-class family is enough to call yourselves powerful?"

He looked Ferdi Feris up and down, from head to toe.

"You're only at the Sky Warrior Realm and you're already this full of yourself. That's embarrassing, old man."

Ferdi Feris's face stiffened.

The guests who knew a thing or two about cultivation exchanged looks, and their guard shot up at once. This young man had figured out Old Master Ferdi Feris's realm with a single glance. Someone like that was clearly no simple character.

Unfortunately, Fero was too furious to think that far.

"Bullshit! You just got lucky! Grandpa, kill him! I wanna see him on his knees and..."

Thud!

Evan's fist had already landed on his face.

Fero flew back and crashed down on top of the broken glass. Before he could get up, Evan had grabbed him by the collar and started pounding him again.

"Stop him!"

"Protect the Young Master!"

More than a dozen Feris family guards charged in from every direction. But not one of them got anywhere near Evan. Mosa, Erik, Hunley, and Zeki were already standing in their way.

What happened next wasn't a fight. It was a one-sided slaughter.

Mosa threw two men at once, sending them crashing into the buffet table. Erik snapped a guard's arm with one move. Hunley and Zeki moved like shadows, and every time they passed, another body dropped. Tables flipped, glasses shattered, and the guests screamed as they pressed themselves against the walls.

The wedding banquet fell into total chaos in the blink of an eye.

The guests stared at the four men in horror. They'd thought the handsome young man was the only dangerous one. As it turned out, the four who came with him were just as terrifying.

So what kind of person could make four monsters like that call him "Brother" with such respect?

Nobody dared to guess out loud. But everyone was starting to realize that this man's identity was anything but ordinary.

In the middle of the hall, Evan still hadn't stopped.

Punch after punch landed on Fero's face. His screams grew weaker and weaker, then died out altogether. By the time Evan finally let go of his collar, Fero had passed out. His face was a wreck, slashed all over by shards of glass, barely recognizable anymore.

Utterly ruthless!

Serli collapsed onto the floor, her whole body shaking violently. Several of the female guests covered their mouths and looked away.

Evan stood up, flicked the blood off his hand, then turned toward Ferdi Feris.

"Alright. Your turn, old man."

He stepped forward. For the first time that night, Ferdi Feris took half a step back.

"That's enough, young man."

Someone stepped in between the two of them.

It was the old man who had explained the situation to Evan earlier. His back was straight, his gaze was calm, and the air of authority he gave off slowly quieted the commotion in the hall.

Whispers rose among the guests.

"The Governor's stepping in..."

Evan stopped. So this old man was the Governor of Moon City.

The Governor looked at Fero lying on the floor, then turned back to Evan.

"I understand you're angry on your brother's behalf. But this has gone too far."

Evan stopped. His hand went still on Madam Sandra’s shoulder.“Madam,” he whispered hoarsely. “I wanna see these big beauties of yours for real.”“I already told you, only over the clothes!” Madam Sandra clutched her dress even tighter.“Come on, Madam...”Evan didn’t pull at her. Instead his hand went back over the fabric and squeezed her breast harder than before, slow but deep, as if reminding her body of what it had just been feeling.Madam Sandra bit her lip. Her breath hitched, and her body, starved for so long, grew even hotter. Her defenses crumbled bit by bit, not because of Evan, but because of herself.“Fine, do whatever you want...” she finally murmured, turning her face away. Her hands slowly let go of the dress.Evan drew the fabric down along with the black bra strap. As the sight beneath was laid bare under the dim glow of the bedside lamp, full, smooth, and pale, with reddish-brown peaks, Evan swallowed hard.“So beautiful...” he murmured in awe. “This big and not sag

Madam Sandra froze.Evan’s whisper had hit her like a bolt out of the blue. Her face burned, from her cheeks all the way to her ears.“H-help?” Her voice trembled. “Young Master, do you... do you even realize what you just said?”“Totally.” Evan smiled without a hint of shame. “You’re the one who asked, right? So I gave you an honest answer.”“I’m Vanessa’s mother!”“Yeah, I know.”“I’m way older than you!”“I know that too.” Evan leaned back and looked her over from head to toe. “So what? You’re the one who got me like this. Sitting next to me in a dress like that, smelling this good. I’m a normal guy, Madam. Not a statue.”Madam Sandra glanced toward the hallway. The lights in Vanessa’s and Bianca’s rooms were still on, and from Disa’s room came the faint sound of laptop keys clicking.“Keep your voice down!” she hissed. “If they hear...”“That’s why I’ve been whispering this whole time.”Madam Sandra was at a loss for words. She bit her lip and turned her face away.“He’s crazy...

  • Chapter 19 Flirting with Her Mother

This widowed mother of Vanessa’s still had a truly stunning allure. Her face was beautiful, her skin clear and firm, showing no sign of her age at all. The tight dress she wore clung to her body, revealing every curve. Her chest was enormous, even bigger than Bianca’s. Her hips were full, her backside round and plump. And on top of all that, she carried a calm, mature aura. An aura no young woman could ever imitate.“Madam,” Evan said casually, “you’re still really beautiful, and you look young, too. Why haven’t you married again?”Madam Sandra’s hand stopped over a glass. She froze for a moment. Then she let out a soft sigh, set the glass down, and smiled as she looked at Evan.“Finding a man you can rely on is very hard, Young Master.” Her voice was gentle. “You must know what the circles of elite families are like. Most of it is just about gain. What they look at is the family name, the wealth, the connections. Not the person.”Evan nodded. He understood perfectly. No matter the co

I’ll go along with your decision.”Bianca and Disa looked at each other, then agreed as well.“I’ll go too,” Madam Sandra said calmly. “If I’m there, I can keep an eye on the three of them.”Evan looked at Madam Sandra. The mature woman sat gracefully in a dress that hugged her ripe curves.“A beautiful older woman with a hot body at the villa. Not bad at all. Hehe,” Evan said to himself.“How nice it would be if I could stay at Young Master’s villa too.”That gentle voice came from where the Citra family was seated. Nadia was resting her chin on her hand, a small smile on her lips. Maybe she was envious, maybe there was some other reason.“If you want to, Miss Nadia, you’re welcome to!” Evan answered in a hurry.Vanessa and Bianca glared at him on reflex.“That bastard!” Bianca cursed in her heart.Nadia giggled. Her eyes flicked briefly to Vanessa’s cold face, then to Bianca’s annoyed one.“I’m only joking, Young Master. But if I ever

"Oh." Evan blew out his cigarette smoke, his tone dismissive. "And here I thought it was some big family..."Everyone was taken aback. The Yudi family of Cloud City, stronger than two first-class families combined, and this young man talked about them like he was discussing a food stall at the end of the street?"Young Master, what do you mean?" Old Master Jaya asked."Come on, relax." Evan waved a hand. "This family's going to be just fine."It didn't sound serious at all. But Old Master Jaya's face lit up at once, like a man who had just had a weight lifted off him."That's good... thank you, Young Master. Thank you.""Grandpa." Vanessa's voice trembled. Tears ran down her cheeks. "Can't you just not go and fight?""Yes, that's right, Father!" Madam Sandra added. "We still want you alive!"Old Master Jaya smiled peacefully."I still want to live too. Evan looked over the women in the hall one by one.The one who caught his attention most was a young woman sitting beside Old Master Pandu. Her beauty was on par with Vanessa’s. The difference was that she wasn’t cold at all. Her gaze was gentle, and there was a faint, friendly smile on her lips.“That’s my granddaughter, Nadia,” said Old Master Pandu, who had caught where Evan was looking.Nadia nodded politely. Evan answered with his best smile. Then his eyes moved to a mature woman sitting near Vanessa. Her face looked a little like Vanessa’s, only more refined, with a charm that only a woman her age could have.“And this is my daughter, Sandra. Vanessa’s mother,” Old Master Jaya introduced her. His voice dropped a little. “Vanessa’s father passed away in an accident a long time ago.”Madam Sandra smiled and bowed her head to Evan.“Thank you for saving my daughter, Young Master.”“You’re welcome, Madam.”Evan had just learned one thing.
