Chapter 120

The smile on Matthew's face vanished like dust swept away by the wind. His breathing became labored after the young master mentioned Donald Pasmod's name. His heart, which had been warmed by Jack and Claire's sweet story of friendship, suddenly became anxious.

"What's wrong Matthew?" asked Jack who saw the change in his subordinate's expression.

"Young Master," Matthew paused to take a breath. His breathing was heavy. There was no denying that he feared for Jack's safety every time Donald Pasmod's name was mentioned.

What Matthew felt was natural; he understood how dangerous Donald Pasmod was. And Matthew certainly didn't want anything bad to happen to his master.
