Oscar ran through the floor, jogging over the stairs in a flashy pace, sifting his body in avoidance of bumping into nurses or anybody in sight.

He ran through the passage, incessantly glancing up at the heading of the rooms he ran by; the ward rooms to be precise, to know when he has gotten to his destination.

Suddenly his motion paused, his movement stopped with his head looking away from the heading of a ran and back to facing his front.

Same happened to everything else beside him and around him, all movements stopped and some minutes later he was back to running, not knowing what happened to his movement and that he was a statue seconds ago.

He finally got to the room, pushing the door open as he ran in uninvited, looking to meet a familiar stranger beside his daughter seated on a chair just beside her.

“Faye! Faye! Faye!” Oscar chanted in pure nervousness running straight to her on the bed.

Not showing acknowledgment to the present human inside the room. Tears bl
