Draven grabbed Veyron by the neck, his grip iron-tight, fingers digging into Veyron's flesh.

The silk robe Veyron wore loosened instantly, sliding off his shoulders and pooling uselessly at his feet as his body kicked in the air.

“The fact you beat death has me curious,” Veyron gasped, forcing the words through a throat being brutally sealed shut. His lips trembled, but the smirk still clawed its way onto his face. “Or is death a pretty bitch too? seeing you pull pretty bitches.”
