Chapter 39: Xavier's Revenge (Part 2)

Xavier drove his car fast on the highway. His sharp eyes fixed ahead, he no longer hesitated to run the red light and pass between two adjacent cars.

"We found his location, confirm if he is indeed our target or not," a man said through the airpod in Xavier's ear.

"Send the image to my cell phone," Xavier ordered as he pulled out his cell phone.

"We're sending you a live CCTV feed of where he is. Make sure he's a target or not," the man communicating with Xavier replied.

Shortly thereafter, a video call came to Xavier's cell phone. When it arrived, it showed a picture of Nate sitting on a bench under a tree. Nate seemed to be enjoying his cigar alone while staring off into the distance. Xavier immediately grinned at the sight.

"As usual, he was stupid enough to come alone to a meeting with me," Xavier thought.
