"Mr. Eden, I'm here today to discuss our collaboration, right? l've brought the contract regarding the partnership between the Jackson Family Group and our Elite Group," Jasmine said, pulling a contract out of her bag and handing it to Eden Blackwood.

However, Eden didn't even glance at the contract. He simply looked up at Jasmine and said, "Jasmine, let's eat first. We can go over the contract later."

"Uh... okay..." Jasmine took back the contract, brushed her hair back, and wiped the sweat from her forehead. She then looked up and said, "Um, Mr. Eden, isn't the air conditioning a bit too warm? It feels a little hot in here. Maybe we could lower the temperature?"

"Hot? If you're hot, just take off your jacket," Eden replied, lounging in his seat, unabashedly watching Jasmine.

If it's too hot, then take off your jacket. Jasmine was wearing a black blazer, typical office attire, but underneath was a crisp white blouse that accentuated her figure.

She knew very well how she looked, and the thought of removing her jacket made her heart race. It could really fill out that white shirt. Once it was off, he could admire her without restraint.

However, Jasmine shook her head. "Then... I won't be hot anymore." This made Eden frown slightly. He picked up the air conditioning remote and began pressing buttons. "Alright, alright, I'll lower the temperature for you." But the temperature seemed to rise instead.

Jasmine felt increasingly warm. Yet, she still refused to take off her jacket. At that moment, Jasmine didn't bring it up again. Instead, she turned her attention back to Eden Jackson.

"Um... Mr. Eden, what do you think about our collaboration..."

"What collaboration?" Eden Jackson interrupted suddenly, raising his gaze.

"Collaboration requires sacrifices. Right now, your Elite Group is weak. If you want to collaborate, you need to show your willingness-your attitude, Jasmine Thompson."

"Jasmine, you don't really think l invited you here just for a simple dinner, do you? Let me be frank with you: right now, in all of Panama City, the only ones who can save your Elite Group are us, the Jackson family. So, you can either play nice or... well, you know the alternative." Eden's expression grew increasingly fierce and amused.

The mask of civility was gone. He had run out of patience. "Is there... no room for negotiation...?" Jasmine shivered.

She knew what this meeting was about today. She didn't want to be here; she wasn't that kind of woman.

But the Elite Group was too important to her. It was her father's legacy, the culmination of his life's work. So, she came, but only for a glimmer of hope to see if there was still a chance to talk things over. "We at Elite Group can make concessions. We can offer a discount of.."

Jasmine was about to continue when Eden interrupted, "Discount? Do you really think the Jackson family is interested in your little scraps? Jasmine, choose: yourself or your father's legacy." His voice echoed throughout the room.

Jasmine trembled at his words. "Choose herself Or her father." That was her father's legacy, the result of his lifelong dedication. But in reality, no matter which option Jasmine chose, Eden would never let her go.

He had never released a prey he had set his sights on. "I... I." Jasmine wanted to say something. Just then, a voice rang out from outside: "She doesn't have to choose anyone!" With a whoosh, both of them turned to look at the door.

Eden stood up from his seat, his expression darkening as he gazed outside. "Who dares to interfere with my business at a time like this? Do they have a death wish? Security! Get in here!" This White Club was his territory, so the security staff were all under his command.

However, there was no response from outside. Suddenly, a security guard was kicked inside, followed by a man stepping through the doorway.

He lifted his head, flashed a bright smile, and revealed a handsome face. "There are no security guards left; they're all outside lying down."

"Ethan Blackwood!" Both of them were taken aback. That's right. It was Ethan. Although he had once been frail, that didn't mean he was still weak.

He was now a practitioner, and the most obvious sign of his transformation was that his body had surpassed that of an ordinary person.

A few security guards couldn't stop him. More security guards couldn't stop him either. He was on a whole different level than these people. "Haha, Ethan Blackwood! I thought it was someone important trying to challenge me, but it's just you, the useless one, the mute, the deaf..."

Eden had initially thought someone was causing trouble, but upon seeing Ethan Blackwood, he doubled over with laughter. He knew Ethan well.

In all of Panama City, everyone knew he was a failure. Not just a failure, but a cripple.

A mute!

A deaf person!

Eden had heard of Ethan Blackwood but had never taken him seriously. However, just as he was laughing, Jasmine stepped forward, looking at Ethan with surprise. "You.. can talk now? You can hear?" Her words made Eden's smile vanish instantly.

He looked up at Ethan in disbelief. He hadn't noticed before, but it seemed that Ethan had indeed spoken. This mute, this cripple, was he... okay?

"Yeah." Ethan Blackwood nodded. However, Eden couldn't help but laugh, a mocking grin on his face.

"Ethan Blackwood, even if you recover, what does it matter? You're just going from being a cripple to being an ordinary person. No, wait, from a cripple to a useless person. There's really no difference. And let me tell you, today, your wife is destined to be in my bed. You know, that stunning figure is about to be." But before he could finish his sentence!

Bang!

Out of nowhere, Ethan Blackwood appeared behind Eden Jackson, grabbing his head and slamming it down onto the table. "What were you saying?!!" The table was made of marble, and the impact caused a huge bump to form on Eden's forehead.

"l'll tell you... you dare... I am!"

Eden hadn't fully processed what was happening when the pain in his forehead hit him, and he immediately shouted in anger. He tried to struggle, but it was no use. Then, with another bang!

"Ahhh.." Eden let out a horrific scream. This time, he hit his head hard enough to draw blood. "Ethan Blackwood... how dare you... I'm the heir of the Jackson family.."

Bang!

Another hit. "If you hit me again.. the deal.. is of..."

Bang!

Another hit. "I'm... I'm Sorry... boohoo.. ." In the end, Eden Jackson was scared, he backed down, and surrendered. Ethan tossed him to the ground and turned to grab Jasmine's small hand.

Jasmine was caught off guard as he pulled her outside. As they walked away, he said, "I'll take care of Jasmine's situation. I don't need your little Jackson family group! I, Ethan Blackwood, promise you that!"

Sometimes, it's just fate! Since this guy wouldn't listen to reason, Ethan Blackwood decided not to insist any further. Before long, they arrived at the restaurant. Shine Restaurant. It was clearly a high-end establishment, located right in the commercial center, with lavish decor and an elegant atmosphere. There was even a hostess at the entrance to greet guests. Ethan rode up on his little bike, and as he parked it to the side, the hostess naturally took notice. He walked toward the entrance. "Sir, I think you might be in the wrong place," the hostess said politely. "I'm not in the wrong place. This is Shine Restaurant," Ethan replied, glancing around to confirm he was indeed at the right spot. However, he was soon blocked by two security guards, called over by the hostess. She took a look at Ethan, especially at his worn-out jeans that were faded from washing, and a hint of mockery flashed in her eyes. Crossing her arms, she said, "Sir, we don't welcome people dressed

After walking a short distance, Ethan Blackwood turned back and asked, "Why haven't you left yet?" The person behind him was none other than Holland Brigg's. Brigg's face was covered in blood, and his left arm hung limply, held up by his other hand. He looked quite terrifying, causing passersby to jump in shock as he walked by. "What's going on here?" "Bro... Ethan, I'm your little brother, aren't I supposed to stick with you?" Brigg's said with a goofy grin. "Ethan, I know I can be reckless sometimes, but I understand the rules. You saved my master, and I said l'd be your little brother, so I'm definitely your little brother now. Whatever you say goes." Brigg's continued, his stubborn nature shining through. Once he had accepted Ethan as his big brother, there was no turning back. "Do you do everything I say?" "Absolutely." "Then go back and let those three old guys check your injuries. Their skills are better than most doctors in Panama City." Ethan gestured. "Alri

The Main Thirteen Needles-this technique was buried deep in their memories. Among them, there were practitioners of both traditional medicine and Western medicine, as well as those who were skilled in both. However, when they heard about the Main Thirteen Needles, they were all taken aback. This was a technique recorded in ancient texts that had long been lost to time. It was something their master's master had once spoken of. Once the needles were inserted, if one looked closely, they could vaguely see the character "Main" emerging. The Main needles seemed to work as one, guiding the body and blood to flow along this character, beginning to revive. The blood started to surge. Suddenly, Adrian Jackson spat out a mouthful of blood black blood, pure black, clearly indicating stagnant blood. Afterward, Adrian's expression relaxed. He no longer felt the discomfort he had before. "This... this is how the stagnant blood was forced Out!" The three elderly men stood frozen in p

"What!" Holland Brigg's, who was on the ground nursing his hand with a look of despair and anger, suddenly heard those words. His expression changed dramatically as he struggled to get up and looked at Ethan Blackwood. "Are you serious?"Ethan Blackwood didn't want to explain himself. In the next moment, Briggs realized that it was likely true. This guy had the ability to heal his master. After all, Liam had been cured by him. If he could heal his master, then he could save him. But instead, he was here causing trouble. "Mr. Ethan, I, Holland Brigg's, was wrong this time. Please, Mr. Ethan, don't hold it against me. Just punish me; my actions have nothing to do with my master. Do whatever you want with me. Please, you have to save my master." With a thud, Brigg's dropped to his knees in front of Ethan, bowing his head in apology. Bang! Bang! Bang! The ground shook with the sound of Briggs forehead hitting the floor, a visible blood mark appearing on his skin. Ethan B

What! The Moore family members were taken aback. "How dare he, Briggs!" Liam slammed his hand on the table in frustration. Uncle Adrian, also known as Adrian Jackson, who was still nursing his serious injuries nearby, looked equally confused. Why was his disciple here? Just then, a furious voice rang out from the doorway: "Liam Moore, you old fool! I heard my master was seriously injured, and yet you had the audacity to invite that injured person into the Moore family and even host a banquet for him!" With each word filled with anger, a group of men dressed in white martial arts uniforms entered, led by a middle-aged man brimming with vitality. His fists looked incredibly powerful, capable of easly taking down a professional security guard with just a few strikes. Surrounding him were a dozen or so men, clearly his disciples, who followed him in. Bang! After kicking a security guard aside, Briggs Holland turned to Liam and said, "Liam Moore." "What do you mean, Ho

"I have feelings for you, but even though we've been living together for four years, it's really just the beginning, isn't it? I want to give you a chance. I think, over time, I will truly come to like you, but not right now." "This angel heart necklace... I think I should keep it for now. I don't want you giving it to another woman. If one day I really do fall for you, then l'll wear this necklace and show up in front of you. How does that sound Jasmine peeked out, her eyes sparkling with a hint of hope as she asked. "Sounds good," Ethan nodded, though a pang of pain shot through his heart. He understood the reason behind her hesitation. Jasmine had lost her father in a car accident during college, making her the eldest in her family. She had always acted maturely. She had focused on her business studies and had never been close to any other boys. Perhaps he was the first. Because of that, she was inexperienced in this area, and at that moment, the powerful CEO felt like a li
