Mr. Winchester's Arrest

“The VC was furious when he came to know of my impeachment, he likes me and will never agree to my replacement like the dean claims. One day that truculent man will get a taste of his own medicine!” Michael muttered angrily as he headed to the Vice Chancellor’s office.

The students were never allowed into the VC’s office unless he requests for you; his grumpy secretary scolded before turning down any student that came seeking audience with the VC.
