“Why 99/100 instead of the full mark that you claimed I got?” Smith asked with a surprised look on his face and the lecturer scoffed.

“I don't have an answer to it. Congratulations anyway,” the man said and handed the result to Smith.

Smith stared at the result and arched his eyebrows, unable to spot any mistake that he made. He got all the questions correctly. Why wasn't he given the correct score?

“I got the whole mark so why are you…” the lecturer interrupted him before he could complete his statement.

“I'll take my leave. You can report to the chancellor so she can assign you to your class,” the lecturer said and walked out of the hall quietly.

“What the hell! What's the meaning of this?” He asked as he glanced through the result for the umpteenth time.

“Let me go and see her,” he said and walked out of the mini-exam hall with a smile beaming on his face.
