Begging Lucas

At this moment, he was completely out of his mind. He was so consumed with the idea of bringing Arnold as much pain as possible that he was blind to the fact that this was already driving him crazy.

In a sense, one could say that Arnold had become Lucas's motivation to keep living. His tenacity and can-do attitude.

I take pleasure in seeing him in pain.

I intend to demonstrate to him that he is nothing.

Nothing is due to him, not even an apology.

I want to ruin all he has, including his happiness and everything else he holds dear.

Words like this were constantly yelling in Lucas's head, and they fueled his desire to kill Arnold.

Arnold took a moment to compose himself by taking a slow, deep breath.

He needed to think clearly in order to prevent his adversary from using the fact that his mind was in disarray. As a direct result of the events that
