A few minutes before...

With two three-and-a-half-meter dark knights moving on either side of him, David was wandering the ruined streets of the academy.

Of those buildings, ominously visible in the light emanating from the destroyed starry sky, nothing remained but ruins that seemed to be stained with blood.

That amount of blood was truly unbelievable and highly unnatural, even for David's current strange world.

"Nothing can account for this amount of blood except some evil spells that use a lot of old blood or something. What do you think, big guy?" Scratching his chin, David asked the Dark Knight to his right.

On the other hand, the dark knight only tilted his head towards David and without any sound, he nodded his head again and continued to survey his surroundings.
