Wang Xiaotian lounged in the cockpit of the Fifth-Generation Reaper Mecha, fingers resting lightly on the controls. A careless grin tugged at his lips, half-mocking, half-delighted. Sunlight spilled across the polished metal, painting the enormous machine in streaks of gold, and he moved it as if it were nothing more than a lazy stroll in the park.

“Controlling a sensory mecha… huh. Easier than I thought,” he muttered, swaying slightly.

He nudged the joystick forward. “Walking speed… slow… too slow. But still—amazing. Just imagine if I make it run.”

That thought alone made him chuckle. Just a small push of buttons and the Reaper Mecha responded, its massive legs shifting with fluid, almost graceful motion. The machine that once lumbered awkwardly now bounded with terrifying agility. Wang Xiaotian felt it—a wild rush of reckless excitement, intoxicating, sharp.
