Betty's info wasn't totally reliable. All she knew was what she was told to do and nothing more. But Rosewell already expected as much and already had a means of getting things from her.
Betty was a naïve young girl in her mid teens. By giving her a name, Rosewell took advantage of that and got her to open up to him. He got other information like the layout of the enemy territory, the drop point of her mission and a few other information that were really helpful.
Rosewell didn't waste time in informing the others of what had happened and they all ready to jump into action. Everyone prepared with haste and were ready to go in just a few minutes.
But before they left, Mina decided to see Betty. She walked into the room where Betty was and was shocked by the young girl's reaction. As soon as Betty saw Mina she immediately ran to the farthest corner of the room and screamed "DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!!" at the top of her voice. but Mina slowly approached her anyway.
"I know you" Betty said with fear in her voice
"You are the council's most wanted"
"They consider you the biggest threat and were willing to do anything to take you out"
"If you come any closer I might explode"
"Please..."
"I don't want to die" Betty sobbed, but Mina just kept waking towards her.
"PLEASE DON'T!!" Betty screamed as Mina kept closing the distance between the two of them.
"D...D...Don't you care about your own life" she cried but Mina just kept coming closer and closer and closer until she got to Betty and hugged her.
"Don't worry" Mina said softly
"I already had someone take care of that"
Hearing those words, Betty shed out a fountain of tears and Mina consoled her. The others left them and went on the rescue while they stayed in the room and talked.
Ever since Mina escaped the order and went on the run with sensitive information, they became very very cautious of their agents and trainees. Betty told Mina about how they underwent new training to ensure their loyalty and how she finally passed after many failures.
They talked about how the kingdom of Nihon had increased in power. How mighty it's army was and how prosperous it was as a kingdom.
And finally they talked about Betty. She was fifteen years old with dark brown hair and pale green eyes. Her voice had a sweet soft high pitch and her face was a cuteness to behold.
She had the power to see through walls and anything that could block one's line of view. After making this discovery, Mina finally understood why she was sent on her mission.
"Did you by any chance go to the council building without permission?" Mina asked and the answer was "yes, but how did you know?"
Betty's answer further confirmed what Mina was suspecting. The reason Betty was sent on this mission was to try and get rid of two troublesome ladies that May have information that could destroy the order; well, they didn't succeed in doing it.
They talked throughout the morning and fell asleep in each other's arms. And a few hours later, they awoke to bad news.
The others had returned from the rescue mission but it was unsuccessful and Yen was not in good shape.
"How did all this happened?" Mina asked in tears
It was wasn't a surprise that the order expected them to infiltrate their hideout. Although they were quickly discovered, they already had a plan in motion.
Susan and Rosewell slipped unnoticed into the deeper parts of the base which Betty revealed was the intended drop point of her mission. The others stayed back and fought through enemies waves of enemies. The plan was for the others to cause a commotion and draw attention to themselves while Susan and Rosewell completed the mission and prepared the escape route but not everything went as planned.
As they went deeper underground to where Betty had described it got darker. Susan could barely see what was in front her but Rosewell could still see clearly and what he saw broke his heart.
"They killed my boy" he sobbed
"THEY KILLED MY SON!!" he yelled as he immediately dashed back in the direction they came through. Susan turned on her night vision and saw what Rosewell saw and it was not a pretty sight.
"Things are about to get out of hand" she said as she ran after Rosewell.
"I thought I was done with robots in my past life" Lee lamented as he slashed through numerous enemies.
"These ones are faster" he said as he continued slashing
"And even stronger" he added
"But in the past, I fought barehanded against them with no abilities and won"
"What about now that I possess great power and an uncountable number of swords"
"These guys are lower than small fry"
Lee was still in the middle of his majestic blade dance when he felt the earth rumbling from beneath his feet. He barely got out of the way on time to evade what erupted from ground. From the ground which he laid, he looked up and said "oh my God"
The eruption was caused by an innumerable amount of rose petals that shot out from below and after the eruption, Rosewell popped out of the same hole in the ground levitating with the help of his petals which were no longer violet but had turned bright red like the colour of bloodstained glass.
He uttered no words, all that was heard of his voice were roars of rage. His blood red petals flew around unpredictably, causing destruction with no recognition of friends or foes.
The petals flew around slicing through buildings like they were not even there, so one could clearly imagine the results of what would happen if they came in contact with any human being. Fubuki was keeping them away with his icicles but they were just too much for him to handle: he got a few deep cuts. As powerful as Yamato was, the waves of petals still managed to penetrate through his water barrier and leave him with a few injuries.
Inumaki and Kojiro were well protected inside Kojiro's barrier but they were unable to make any further movement. They were the farthest from Rosewell so the petal storm wasn't as intense for them as it was for the others, but it was still enough to block their field of vision.
Yen on the other hand, was the closest to Rosewell but even he couldn't get to him. He experienced the most intense hits of all, so intense that he couldn't avoid major injuries.
Susan who came after Rosewell was the only one able to avoid all the flying petals. Due to her ability to manipulate space and time, she could easily warp the direction of everything that came her way.
Lee was fairing well against the petals at first but he was soon nearing his limit and so was every one else. The number of swords he could use were dwindling, the same was happening for Fubuki, Kojiro's barrier couldn't maintain form anymore and Inumaki was exhausted long before Rosewell arrived. Luckily for them, Susan was able to teleport them away just before any of them could receive a fatal hit.
They stood in the distance and watched as Rosewell raged and destroyed all that was in his way, they wondered "how are we going to get him to stop?" and Yen just formed a bow and arrow out of lightning and shot at Rosewell.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!!" they all screamed at Yen
"Are you trying to kill him?" Susan asked in a worried tone, but Yen kept his focus on the arrow and said "just watch"
The arrow weaved through the tornado of petals and got close to Rosewell, then it divided into many smaller pieces and struck him in all his pressure points; knocking him out and stopping the storm of petals. Then Yen immediately ran and caught him in the air and landed safely on top of the rubble. Susan caught up to him and took Rosewell from his hands and teleported back to the others.
As Yen was about to turn around and run to the others, he heard a voice saying "so you came"
He turned around to see Albus and in his mind he thoughts "why now". His power was halved after after his ordeal with Rosewell and still had enough power to take down Albus.
"But what is this feeling?" Yen wondered as he began to step back and Albus immediately ran towards him in an attack stance. He turned to block it but a punch wasn't the attack.
As soon as Albus got closer to Yen his entire body glowed white and exploded. The explosion was so big that everyone could see it, and it was so bright that the colour of the sky was changed. It was no use calculating the destruction scale of the explosion, it was so freaking huge.
The target was Yen. It was always Yen. He was the one that rescued the Pathfinder, he had destroyed more of the enemy forces than anyone, and they knew he was morale booster of his people. They were confident that once they took care of him they would have the upper hand. But it wasn't that easy
Susan didn't think that anything would be left of Yen after the explosion, but as she arrived, Yen's body was intact and his burns were already disappearing. He was completely healed but he was out of power and couldn't wake up and till they went back home, he did not wake up.
And that was how it all went down.

When the ice queen laughs
"well, Mr Addison" Ellie said as the camera faced Orie. "What are your thoughts on the current state of the match?" "I'm really not sure" Orie replied "To be honest, this is the first time I've seen Her like that so I don't actually know what to expect" "But if I had to take a guess..." "... I'd say I'm glad she wasn't like this in our match" Natsumi missed her first strike, and her second, and her third, and her fourth, and... all her strikes, she missed all of it. As it turns out, Kurobe had quite the reflex and was really good at evasion and keeping the distance. Every time Natsumi got close, he quickly evaded and put distance between them, pushing her back, attacking from blind spots, setting walls between them and a Whole lot of moves that prevented him from getting hit but that didn't stop his opponent from trying. With each passing second, Natsumi got closer to landing a hit on Kurobe. At first it was him feeling the little breeze as her fist fle
Cold hard truth
Many things can anger a fighter. An opponent that toys with them, someone that just won't stay down and in many cases, a direct insult. But none of those things were happening to Kurobe, he was facing something far more annoying; an opponent that isn't paying attention to him. At first glance, it looked like Kurobe was dominating the match without giving his opponent any chance to counter, but there were many times since the beginning of the fight where Natsumi would have been able to strike back but did nothing instead. She had barely moved from where she was standing at the start and she was in deep thought. All Natsumi did from the beginning of the match was to fend off the incoming attacks while thinking about what Orie had said to her. "I have finally seen your true self" "I finally know you" She couldn't muster up the courage to ask him what he meant because she was too afraid of his answer. She was afraid of the truth. "If the real me is a monster...

Tears of a beautiful summer
Orie was finally on the offensive. His wind blasts weren't doing much damage but they were strong enough to throw his opponent off balance and disorganize her attacks. He was able to close the distance bit by bit with each successful blast and every one of them hit. Before Natsumi could tell what was going on, Orie was standing directly under her. "White" orie said with a smile as he looked at her from below, then he spun his staff and struck the floor with it. Natsumi immediately turned to guard against it but no wind came from Orie's direction, it came from above and pushed her down. As Natsumi struggled to stand up, Orie began walking towards her and spoke. "I wondered why my prayers weren't working on you" "It would stop you for a brief moment then she'd take care of the rest by will power" "After this encounter, I think I finally figured it out" "The reason why my prayers don't work and who you are" "You are Natsumi" "You are not a spirit tha
