There were a lot of guards inside with her and they were all on high alert. Even though she was chained down, her power still had a little reach and any one that got close froze.
"Do you know who she is?" One of the guards asked his colleague and the colleague answered "we are not paid to ask questions" his colleague replied
"But you know..." The guard said
"Considering her level of power she might be someone of high importance"
"I'm just afraid that someone might come for her"
"And that might be a bit of a problem"
"You worry too much, soldier" his colleague replied
"This job has been going smoothly and it will go smoothly"
"She hasn't put up any form of resistance"
"And I don't think anyone is coming for her"

"And even if someone does find it, there's no way they can break through the barrier surrounding this place

A sudden change in the temperature of the room got the attention of all the guards. The entire place had suddenly gone cold. At first, they looked at Natsumi but she didn't seem to be the source of the change.
They all cocked their guns and prepared to engage whoever was trying to get in then suddenly again, the temperature of the room changed. This time, it was hot; hotter than any room should be.
It became cold again, then hot, then cold, then hot, then cold. This happened for a while then stopped and the room was warm again.
"Why did they stop?" One asked
"Maybe they gave up" another answered
"It's unlikely" one of the elites said
"My guess is that they have already destroyed the surrounding barrier and are making their way towards this place"
"So get ready"
Soon, the temperature changes started again and the entire room was thrown into chaos.
"A squad, face the door!!!" The leader ordered
"B and C squad, face the walls!!"
"D squad, face the roof!!"
"Zero squad, point your guns at the hostage, we need some kind of leverage against these guys" he said as he looked around.
"There's no need for that" a female voice said from an unknown direction
"You don't stand a chance either way"
"Wait a sec, I know that voice" one of the guards said
"It's 'snowstorm'" he said
"IT'S SNOWSTORM AND EMBER!!!" he yelled as he saw two people breaking into the building from the roof and the entire place was thrown into a pandemonium.
Dressed in flashy costumes and covered in the elements they controlled, the two superheroines landed in the midst of the guards and began wrecking havoc.
It wasn't that they did anything special in particular or that the guards were not well trained but the event which could hardly be called a fight ended almost instantly. The mere presence of theses two people was enough to make some of the guard fall unconscious. Those that were still conscious were either shivering from extreme cold or finding it hard to breathe hot air and it wasn't long until they managed to bring down all the guards. In the end, strategy was no use against ultimate power.
"You know you should have tried to make it a little bit more interesting" Natsumi said with a loud voice
"I love the entrance but the rest was just too OP"
"I was hoping to watch an interesting fight"
"Is that you'd normally say to your sister who genuinely worried about your life?" Snowstorm asked
"What if I didn't make it in time?"
"You always make it in time, sis" Natsumi replied

"Even I don't know what her actual name is" she said as she took off the mask covering her face.

"But seem to love the life here"
