The heavy reinforced glass door of the VIP Intensive Care Unit shattered inward as Calvin threw the last tactical guard through it. The guard slid across the polished floor, groaning in pain, completely incapacitated.

"What is the meaning of this?!" Dr. Harrison roared, jumping back from Elara’s bed. He was clutching a tablet containing the termination paperwork. "Security! Get this lunatic out of here!"

Calvin stepped into the sterile room, his drenched clothes steaming slightly from the pure *Qi* radiating from his skin. In his right hand, he held a cheap, paper-wrapped pack of thirty-six standard acupuncture needles he had grabbed from the hospital's ground-floor pharmacy counter.

"Step away from my sister, Harrison," Calvin said, his voice dropping to a dangerous, sub-zero temperature.

"Are you insane?!" Dr. Lin, the junior physician, shrieked from the corner. "This is a sterile VIP environment! You can't just barge in here with... with cheap street trash needles! She is clinically flatlining!"

"She is flatlining because you pulled the plug," Calvin hissed, his God’s Gaze flashing as he looked at Elara. Her spiritual pathway was darkening by the second.

"She is dead, Calvin!" Harrison screamed, pointing a trembling finger at the flatlined heart monitor. "The machine says zero! You are too late! If you touch that corpse, I will have you indicted for desecration!"

"Shut your mouth," Calvin barked, and the sheer force of his Qi-infused voice sent a shockwave through the room, rattling the metal medicine trays. He stepped up to the bed, tearing open the paper packaging of the needles.

[Ding! Warning: Host has exactly 45 seconds to execute the "Nine Yin-Yang Needle Technique." Cellular degradation of the myocardium is at 92%.]

"Calvin, stop!" Dr. Lin pleaded, taking a cautious step forward. "Acupuncture? For cardiac arrest?! This is modern medicine, not an ancient fairy tale! You’re going to mutilate her!"

"You call your modern medicine letting a seventeen-year-old girl die for a corporate bribe?" Calvin countered without looking up. His fingers blurred as he pulled the first three-inch silver needle. "Watch closely, doctors. This is the art that built your foundations."

"He's a madman! A literal psycho!" Harrison yelled, reaching for the emergency wall phone. "Call the police! Tell them a terrorist is performing a forbidden procedure on a dead body!"

Calvin ignored the frantic shouting. He closed his eyes for a fraction of a second, drawing the warm, golden energy from his dantian directly into his right hand. The silver needle began to vibrate, emitting a low, musical hum.

"First needle: The Heaven’s Gate!" Calvin shouted.

Swish!

With a precision that defied human sight, he drove the needle into the apex of Elara’s skull.

"He... he just pierced her cranium!" Lin gasped, covering his mouth. "He killed her! He definitely killed her now!"

"Second needle: The Earth’s Anchor!" Calvin’s hand moved like lightning, striking the Yongquan point on the sole of Elara’s foot.

"Stop him! Someone grab his arms!" Harrison screamed, but as he lunged forward to tackle Calvin, an invisible wall of pure energy blasted him backward, slamming him hard against the wall. "Ugh! What... what is this forcefield?!"

"Third needle: The Crimson River!" Calvin roared, his face drenched in sweat as he channeled fifty percent of his internal energy into the third needle, plunging it straight into the *Shanzhong* point at the center of Elara’s chest.

"Look... look at the skin!" Lin stammered, pointing a shaking finger at Elara.

The dark, ink-like veins that had been suffocating her neck suddenly began to violently convulse. Instead of spreading, the black genetic toxin was actively retreating, flowing backward away from her throat as if repelled by a localized fire.

"This is scientifically impossible..." Harrison whispered, his back still pinned against the wall by the residual pressure of Calvin’s Qi. "The chemical compound of the Abyssal Ash cannot be displaced by mechanical stimulation!"

"This isn't mechanical stimulation, Harrison," Calvin said, his voice echoing with an ancient, sovereign resonance as he pulled the fourth and fifth needles. "This is life rewriting death."

"Fourth needle! Fifth needle! Sixth needle!"

Calvin’s hands became an absolute blur of silver light. Hegu, Zusanli, Neiguan—the needles struck in perfect, rapid succession. With each strike, a ripple of golden light washed over Elara’s frail body.

BZZZZT—

Suddenly, the flatlined auxiliary monitor gave a violent static twitch. The long, continuous death-wail of the machine cracked.

"The... the monitor is fluctuating!" Lin yelled, rushing over to the digital screen. "Dr. Harrison, look! The bio-electric signals are returning! Her cellular matrix is regenerating!"

"No... no, it's just post-mortem muscle spasms!" Harrison denied frantically, his face pale as paper. "She's been without oxygen for over four minutes! Even if her heart beats, she’ll be a vegetable!"

Calvin drew the final, ninth needle—the Sovereign Phoenix. The tip of the silver wire glowed like a miniature star in the dim room, radiating a deep, comforting warmth.

"Ninth needle to reverse the heavens," Calvin whispered, his eyes locked onto his sister’s pale face. "Elara... come back to me."

He drove the needle straight into her solar plexus.

A soft, golden shockwave erupted from the bed, blowing the medical charts off the desk and forcing Harrison and Lin to shield their eyes. Instantly, the frantic alarms of the ICU went completely silent. The auxiliary monitor settled into a flawless, powerful, and deeply rhythmic sound.

Beep... Beep... Beep...

Elara’s chest rose high in a deep, desperate inhalation. Her long eyelashes fluttered, and she let out a soft, tiny sigh as the healthy color rushed back into her cheeks.

"Calvin...?" Elara whispered weakly, her eyes opening slightly to look at her brother.

Calvin collapsed slightly against the guardrail of the bed, a fierce, triumphant smile breaking through his exhaustion. He gripped her hand tightly. "I'm here, Elara. Brother's got you. You're safe."

Dr. Lin dropped to his knees, staring at the monitor that read a perfect 99% oxygen saturation. "A miracle... this is a living miracle..."

Beep… Beep… Beep…The steady, rhythmic sound of the auxiliary heart monitor sliced through the stunned silence of the ICU like a scalpel. The long, agonizing death-wail that had filled the room just moments ago was entirely gone.Dr. Lin looked up at the digital dashboard, his glasses sliding down his nose. His eyes widened to the size of saucers. "Dr. Harrison… look at the arterial pressure. 120 over 80. It’s… it’s a textbook perfect reading!""Shut up! That’s impossible!" Dr. Harrison scrambled off the floor, his face twisted in utter disbelief. He shoved Lin aside, lunging toward the primary medical terminal. He slammed his palms onto the desk, staring at the surging green lines. "The brain waves! Look at the EEG tracker! The cellular hypoxia is reversing! This defies every law of modern biochemistry!""Look at her face, Doctor," Calvin said. His voice was calm, though his chest heaved slightly from the massive expenditure of his internal Qi. He stood over Elara's bed, his hand sti

The rainfall felt like shattered glass against his face, but Calvin Hudson didn’t care. His legs were a blur of superhuman motion, each stride covering ten yards as the pure Qi in his dantian burned like an internal engine."System!" Calvin roared into his mind as he sprinted past the blurry city lights. "How much time does Elara have left?!"[Ding! Warning: Target Elara Hudson’s vital systems are rapidly destabilizing. Calvin hissed, his boots tearing up chunks of asphalt as he practically flew toward Bacca Central Hospital.Inside the 7th-floor VIP Intensive Care Unit, the atmosphere was dead silent, save for the hum of a ventilation fan. Marcus's laughter died instantly. His brow furrowed. "What... what do you mean?" "Look at your left palm, Marcus," Calvin pointed. "The base of your thumb. Is there a faint, greenish-black line running toward your wrist?" Marcus instinctively looked down at his left hand. His breath hitched. A thin, sickly green line was indeed tracing its way along his vein. "This... this is just a minor bruise! I bumped it at the airport earlier!" "It's not a bruise," Calvin said, taking another step closer, entirely unfazed by the poison bottle. "That is the Abyssal Ash mutation path. It has already compromised thirty percent of your lower pulmonary lobe. Every time you smoke that expensive cigar, you are accelerating the cellular degradation. In less than three minutes, that line will reach your wrist. And when it does..." Calvin paused, his eyes narrowing. "Your lungs will literally begin to liquefy from the inside out." "Liar! You're just bluffing so I'll drop the bottle!" Marcus yelle

The storm howled outside the derelict warehouse, but inside, the air was suffocatingly hot. The click of twelve assault rifles taking off their safeties echoed like a chorus of death. "Fire!" Marcus Vance screamed, his voice cracking with a mixture of terror and desperate rage. "Kill him! Leave nothing but blood!" "Master!" Vivian Nightshade moved to step in front of him. "Stay back, Vivian," Calvin said, his voice dropping to a calm, icy register. "I've got this." A wall of lead erupted from the weapons, the muzzle flashes illuminating the dark, grime-covered walls of the warehouse. Vivian didn't even flinch. She stood perfectly still behind Calvin, her hands folded neatly in front of her. Because she knew. Calvin didn't draw a weapon. He didn't even take his hands out of his pockets. Instead, his eyes flashed with a blinding, golden-crimson light. The Divine Medical System roared within his soul, and the pure Qi in his dantian surged outward like a tidal wave. Voom—

The torrential rain that had battered the city of Bacca all night finally began to recede, leaving behind a cold, damp mist that clung to the asphalt. His custom-tailored suit was immaculate, completely untouched by the elements. Walking half a step behind him was Vivian Nightshade, holding a sleek leather briefcase, her expression a mix of absolute professionalism and deep respect."Master Hudson," Vivian said as they stepped into the private, high-security elevator that led directly to the penthouse suite. "The liquidation of the Vance family assets is proceeding exactly as scheduled. By noon today, their villa, their luxury vehicles, and their remaining domestic accounts will be fully seized by our legal team.
