Henry covers his eyes immediately, he can't believe he is already seeing things. That dream was turning into reality because of the fear inside him.

He opens his eyes and another screen appeared in front of him.

Henry falls to the ground with fear. Could this be real. This was precisely how the system displayed in his dream.

Henry's heart beat increases as he remembers the powers of the system, there is only one way to find out.

A map appeared in front of Henry, inside the map, a red dot was sparking and it was some distance away from his position which was represented with a green color.

Henry's heart beat increased more, but he doesn't have any time to waste.

He gets up and follows the direction, He must save his father and with the power the system promises, he believes it will be possible.

His wristwatch didn't detect his current level, but he saw improvement in his magic. No wonder, Derek's fire fist had no effect on him, he has truly leveled up.

Henry's cheeks tried to move, but he lacked the emotion to complete the process.

He was some distance away, when he started hearing magic blast and the surrounding was intense.

He could feel the auras flowing in the circle, he finally believed something had awakened inside him, since the location was correct.

He entered the forrest without hesitation, the fact that somebody was fighting the monster gave him joy.

His father is still alive, and he won't have to fight a D rank monster.

Henry burst out from the woods and entered a free land in the middle of the forrest.

His eyes widen, seeing a monster for the first time. they had the same structure as a human.

His father's description was correct. They only have a mouth, the rest facial features were absence. No eyes, no ears and its color was green, although his father mentioned purple.

Henry believes monster rank are known by their color, since there was no tool to detect the power level.

He looks around quickly, but there was nobody resting in a corner.

“Dad”

Henry's voice was low. He takes a step forward and he stepped on something like a bone.

Henry gazed down, only then did he realizes the area was covered with bones.

he falls to his knees immediately. Monster level up by sucking out the life force of humans, even the flesh is taken, when that is completed, the human is left with only bones.

Henry gazed forward quickly, and he sighted somebody besides the monster.

He moves closer, and it was his father lying helplessly on the floor. He was tied down by a monster thread, which the monster uses to drain life force slowly.

Henry's body vibrates seeing his father condition. He gazed at the five mage fighting the monster, they were doing nothing to recuse him, rather they were giving the monster some distance.

He tries to move closer but his leg stiff due to fear, he can't move careless, this monster can kill him with one strike and besides, he is still an E ranked mage.

He glanced at the mage watches, they were all C ranked mage expect the woman in their middle who seems to be their leader.

She was a B ranked, level 5. Henry believes she can do something, but her next words shock him.

“Let escape once the opening is clear, there is no way we can fight this monster”

Henry body vibrates hearing the leader words, how can they runaway leaving a captive behind, he surge forward without control, he doesn't care about his life, he just wants to save his father. He can't believe this people call themselves mages, they intend to run away when somebody's life is in danger.

Before the bounty hunters could understand, a kid ran past them.

Selena's heart skipped seeing the kid marching to the old man on the floor.

What is a kid doing here.

her eyes widened seeing the monster positioning itself to attack the kid.

“Stop!!!, Kid!!, come!!!”

Henry didn't listen to them, he kept moving with tears drops from his eyes.

“Dad!!”

he screamed.

“Shit!”

Selena's teeth tighten. This is the perfect time to escape, but she can't leave a kid behind.

She won't be able to forgive herself if she leaves the kid behind.

“Flash step!”

She appeared in front of the monster, then she used her best skill immediately.

“Fire blast!”

she lands a perfect hit on the monster's face, her cheeks moved seeing that. The monster must've been distracted by the kid, but her celebration ended quickly.

The monster seized her hands and threw her in the air, and it direction changed to Henry.

“Protect the kid”

Selena manages to mutter before her back smashed the ground.

They know they can't fight the monster, their only hope of surviving is by running away, but this kid had to ruin their chance.

“Earth wall; Double solid!”

The earth mage among them created an 8 feet (2.44 meters) fence that separated Henry from the monster, before the monster could break through, one of them used flash step three times to capture Henry and bring him back.

“Let me go”

he muttered as he came back with the mage. Henry struggle with him.

“Let me go, that's my father”

he tries to break free, before they could respond to him.

the monster screamed.

Everybody covered their ears, including Henry.

the scream was ear spitting and heart gripping.

immediately the system finished.

Everybody falls to their knees except Henry, who was already sleeping on the floor. His body was magnet to the ground.

The pressure was overwhelming, and the air was more intense than before.

“We are dead”

one of the mages started crying. The monster has been playing with them, now it has entered full mode, at this moment they can't escape. It's all because of this kids.

Tears drops from his eyes, they are the B team of the Red skull, they came here to unite with the first team only to find out, this monster had sucked them all.

They are only kneeling because of their magic tools, which enhanced their physical strength and stamina, they would be on the floor, if they weren't wearing one.

The monster's footsteps were making heavy sounds.

Selena appeared in front of them. Their cheeks moved up, seeing her. She is B ranked mage and her level is five, which means you can use a mega skill.

A mega skill would at least weaken the monster and buy them some time to escape.

“Captain”

They cried.

Selena's fist tightens, as much as she wants to blame the kid for this, she also knows they were doing the wrong thing, leaving somebody behind is not what mages do, but they are not strong enough.

She doubts if her mega skills will even weaken the beast.

“make some walls to slow down it pace”

The earth mage quickly placed his hands on the ground.

“Earth wall; Triple!!”

he created three solid walls in front of the monster.

They were lucky this monster couldn't use speed mode.

They would've been dead already.

Selena stands straight, that will buy her sometime to unlock her mega skills.

She draws all her energy out. She must concentrate to release her mega skills.

“Captain!!!”

her men suddenly shouted.

The monster destroyed all the wall instantly, and he was dashing in her direction.

Selena's heart seized.

Henry tried to move his body, but he couldn't, tears covered his eyes, what is going to tell his sister, his mom.

the family will be devastated when this news breaks out.

Henry manages to look at his father, his body was rapidly fading, if only he could kill this monster, his father's life force will return, since he is still alive.

Henry's fist tightened.

His father has always encouraged him, he never lost hope in him, even though he knew, he was the world's weakest mage. An E ranked mage, yet his father still believed he will become a good Mage.

If he can't save his father, who then can he save.

Henry's fist harden more, his body was burning with rage, but he couldn't break free from the pressure.
