The afternoon sky looks golden, as if God painted it with soft fingers. But in Kael's chest, the sky is like a thick gray. He sat on the banks of a small river behind the village hill, the place he used to visit since childhood. The wind blows calmly, but his mind cannot be calm.
That day, he should have left the village. But where? The world outside of Valir is a mystery. And the mystery is more frightening than the ridicule that he was used to hearing.
Footsteps sounded closer from behind the bush. Kael turned quickly, on standby. But what appeared was only Reian -putra from his uncle, a child who since childhood grew up with him. Same age, but different worlds.
Reian's face always looks sweet in front of an adult, but full of poison if it is only alone with Kael.
"Hi," said Reian, smiling faintly. "Still feel at home after being laughed at by one village?"
Kael did not answer. He just looked down, looked back at the water flow.
Reian sat next to him, kept his distance. "I thought you would run away. But you stay here. Great too."
"What do you want, Reian?" Kael asked quietly. He was tired of the game.
Reian laughed softly. "Calm down. I just want to help."
Kael frowned. "Help?"
"You want to know why you can never arouse your core, right?"
Kael turned around. His eyes were sharp. "What do you mean?"
Reian grinned. "I know the place that is said to be able to arouse someone's hidden power. But ... it can only be done if you are really desperate."
Kael was silent. He didn't just believe it. But curious seeds grow fast.
Reian stood up. "If you want to know, come with me. But don't tell anyone."
Doubts had confined Kael. But a deep sense of emptiness made him stand too. He followed Reian who stepped towards the north of the village - to the forest that was rarely touched.
**
The journey was quiet. The sun sinks slowly, leaving a blood red color in the sky. The sound of the night bird began to be heard. Kael remained silent, paying attention to Reian's movements that looked so sure.
"I've never been in this direction before," Kael finally said.
Reian turned quickly. "Naturally. This is a hidden place."
Shortly thereafter, they arrived at the Tebing Tinggi facing the dark valley - the floor known as the black cliff. Legenda said, the place kept the spirits of exile, the souls who lost their place in the world. Nobody returned from there.
Kael looked at the abyss. The inside is like swallowing light.
"There?" he whispered.
Reian nodded. "You have to go down a little. On a large stone on the side of the cliff there is a sign. Put your black stone there. He said, if you match, your core will rise."
Kael hesitated. But somehow, something in him pushed him forward.
He tied the inheritance black on the waist, then down the small path on the side of the cliff. His steps are careful, because just slightly slipped, his body will float to the eternal darkness.
Reian stood on top, watching quietly.
"A little more," murmured Kael. He found a flat stone on the side of the cliff, full of moss and cracks.
He put the black stone on it.
Lonely.
The wind roared.
Then ... the sound of fast steps. And before Kael had a chance to turn around, a pair of hands pushed his back.
His body was thrown.
The air screamed in his ear.
The black cliff swallowed Kael's body without a sound.
**
Reian stood on the edge of the cliff, staring blankly down. There is no reflection. There is no sound.
"Sorry, cousin," he said quietly. "You really shouldn't be born."
He turned and left, leaving the place as if there was never anyone with him.
**
Kael didn't know how long he fell. The world seemed to hug him in a whirlpool. But his body was not crushed. He fell - but not dead.
When he finally opened his eyes, he lay on hard ground, his body hurt everywhere. His gaze blurred, but he could see the black sky above him, covered in strange green purple fog.
"Where is this?" he hissed.
He tried to sit. The chest feels tight, and the spine throbs. But he lives. Somehow, he still survived.
The roar was heard from a distance. Not the sound of water, not wind. It's more like - if something big ... and old.
Kael reached for his waist. The black stone is still there. But now, the stone throbs softly. Like a heart.
He looked at him, his breathing hunted.
The stone ... live.
Kael felt something flowed from within him. Warm. Circular. Bite. A strength. But with him comes pain. As if his entire body is being re -formed from the inside. He screamed, his body stretched on the ground.
A strange picture of crossing his mind - black, a big eye watching, and a voice that is not like a human voice:
"Kael ... the heir is empty ... finally you came ..."
Kael bit his lips until it bleeds. The world around him trembled.
Kael's steps staggered in the foreign land. Black ravine - a place that is believed to end - it turns out that keeps something that is far more dark than death. The surrounding air is sticky like a poisonous mist. The aroma of metal and old fungus fills every breath.
His body has not fully recovered. The muscles feel attracted. His feet barely shot the ground. But there is something in him that encourages to keep going. Since the black stone throbbed, as if a faint force propagated throughout its pulse.
He finally arrived at the gap between two rock cliffs that seemed to open the way for him. In the middle of the gap, a faint light visible from a distance-not natural light, but a dark red tinge, like a burning embers quietly.
Kael hesitated. But his feet continued to step, slowly, one by one. Something called him. Not sound, but encouragement ... instincts ... invisible whisper.
Tap ... tap ... tap ...
His footsteps reflected on the stone wall. He arrived at a large cavity like a cave. In the middle, stood a stone altar. On it ... a sword stuck. The handle is jet black, wrapped in blood red wire. His bare was barely visible, integrated with the shadow around him.
But the most striking is the aura around him - lap, sharp, and alive. The wind was not blowing, but Kael's robe moved slowly, as if it was pulled by something from the sword.
Kael approached. The steps are slow, full of vigilance. His breath was running low, not because of fear ... but because of a strange amazement. The sword ... as if calling his name.
Kael ...

11:Rebellion in Sect
:Seven days have passed since Kael was locked up in the shadow valley. A place that even the elders were reluctant to call it in an open discussion. A live prison that is claimed to be the highest test for those who "deviate" from the teachings of the sect. But no one would have thought - even the oldest elders of the dark sky sect - that the exile boy would come out not as a prisoner, but as a threat. When the prison stone gate finally opened with the sound of a whiping ground, black fog overflowed like the breath of the devil. The air becomes heavy. A guard shivered even though the afternoon was not perfect. From the inside, heavy steps sounded echoing. Then the figure of Kael - Diam, stood in the fog. His body was full of burns, dry blood blackened in his robe, but his eyes radiated a scary calm. As if no longer the young man they law seven days ago.

Heavy, far and deep voice, touching his consciousness. In an instant, Kael no longer sat on a stone, but stood in the black field, the gray sky spinning like a whirlpool of dreams. In front of him stood a tall silver-haired man, wearing a tattered war robe. The man's eyes were like a embers in fog. On his back, a giant sword depends - a sting that is very similar to shadowblade. "Who are you?" Kael stepped slowly, his body felt light but full of pressure. The man smiled faintly. "I am a shadow of the past ... but more than that, I am your blood. I am your father, Vaeren Draven, Commander of the darkness of the dragon slaughtering clan."Kael was stunned. "You - my father? But they said you died decades ago ... was eliminated by the gods ...""God?" Vaeren snorted. "They are not gods. They are just eternal cultivators who call themselves the ruler of the seventh heaven. They destroy our clan for fear."Kael gritted his teeth. "Because our strength is too big?""No. Because we know t

Every second feels like an hour. Three dolls are after her. Their movements are random, but hard and destroying. Kael could not keep avoiding, so he learned to hold back. Adjust the position of the body. Rotate when hit so that the collision is spread. Sweat flooded his face. Blood flows from the lips and temples. But his eyes remained burning - lap and firmly. On the edge of the arena, Aria Moonveil watched from afar, standing on a small tower with several sect elders. His gaze was fixed only on Kael. "The child has not touched the stage of core formation, but his endurance is extraordinary," whispered one of the elders. Aria did not answer. But he saw the way Kael fell, then rose again. The way he holds the blow cleverly, sacrificing the body that is not vital. It's not just surviving. That ... adaptation. Time continues to beat. Some participants have fallen, rolling out of the arena while crying or fainting. There are only seven people left. And Kael is still standing. His

Aria did not immediately answer. He turned to the more thick fog. His eyes seemed to dream far, to the past he had not revealed. "I can't promise to always be with you. But as long as you choose the right path, I will stand by your side."__Tap ... tap ... tap. Morning fog has not really raised when the sound of footsteps echoed gently in between the wet trees. Aria has been on standby since the first voice was heard. His hands held the sword handle, and his body was half hidden behind a dry branch. Kael sat still near the campfire that was almost extinguished, his eyes closed but his breathing regularly. The wound on his arm is still imprinted, but he did not show the slightest pain. One figure appeared from behind the fog. Black robes with silvery cloud motifs in the chest. The movements are smooth, like not touching the ground. "Calm down, I came with a message, not a threat," said the figure. His voice is low, contains deceptive calm. Aria did not lower her sword. "Who are

They have not been far from the outskirts of the village when a loud scream breaks the silence of the morning. "Help! help!"Without thinking, Kael ran towards the sound. Aria followed him, not saying anything. In the middle of the field overgrown with weeds as high as chest, a boy fell, his body was covered in small wounds. In front of him, a dark skin creature stands bent. His body is like a wolf, but twice as big as a bright red eyes and sharp fangs dripping saliva. Kael stopped. His eyes immediately turned sharp. His left hand grabbed Shadowblade, but had not had time to pull him, Aria's voice sounded soft but firmly behind him. "Calm down. You don't know your limits yet."Kael gritted his teeth. "If I don't act, the child dies."Aria just silent. He knew Kael could not be prevented. With a short scream, Kael darted. He swung his sword, but the creature was quite nimble. The large claws grabbed, scratching Kael's chest until the blood was pouring down. But Kael did not retrea

Kael's body bounced backwards. "Attacking from two directions ..." murmured Kael. And that's not all. The third and fourth shadows begin to form a circle, locking the movement of Kael from all sides. Sweat dripped on his temple. But not just for fear. His body still reacts to the power of Shadow Essence - too wild to be fully controlled. "Breathing," Shadowblade whispered again. "Feel your body. Listen to your strength, not their command."Kael took a deep breath. The leaves sway softly. Silent. Then he opened his eyes. This time, he could see - their movements before it happened, their faint energy aura ... like the blurred shadow before lightning struck. Three killers moved simultaneously. Kael stepped on the ground and flowed energy to his feet. In a split second, his body shot up on the branch of the tree. One of the murderers aimed with a throwing knife - slowing down. Kael drifted down from above and cut quickly at the closest opponent. The first slash did not kill, bu

His hands clenched. The faint black energy infiltrated his finger, forming a fine line like plant roots. "Calm down," whispered the voice of Shadowblade which was now tucked on his back. "You're not the time to express everything. Let them take you as a ghost ... or a nightmare."Kael stepped into the village. It didn't take long until the sound of his steps attracted attention. A young guard at the outer gate turned his head, then his body stiffened. "Si - who ... you?" he asked trembling. Kael did not answer. He just stepped closer, slowly, with a definite step. Every step is to make a sound that is like raising the ground. The guard took a step back, then two, before finally dropping his spear and ran to the village. Screams broke out:"Ghost! Ghost from a black cliff!"Kael gave a slanted smile. "They can't even recognize the children they throw away," he murmured softly. The village was chaotic. Residents run around. Some closed the door of the house, the others peeked fro

Black blood gushed. The devil is still alive, but shaky. "Kael. Shadow is not to kill fast. But to destroy slowly."The shadow stuck out of Kael's feet, infiltrated the wound of the devil. The creature stretched, roared, until finally his body melted ... turned to ash. Kael stood up, gasping. But this time, not because of weakness ... but because of the foreign workers he had just controlled. Wild power, sharp, but united. He looked at the sword in his hand. "This ... your strength?""No. This is our strength."Silence returned to the cave. But now, Kael is no longer a weak boy who is thrown into death. He is the master of a shadow sword. And shadowblade ... is the key to the new destiny. But before he could calm down, the sound of chain and strange sighs could be heard from behind the hallway. Kael held his sword tightly. Kael's steps stopped in front of a cracked stone wall. The scent of damp soil and dry blood are still attached to the air. His sword - shadowblade - still f

He looked at the sword closer. There is no inscription, no symbol. But his eyes were fixed on a small crack in the stone where the sword was stuck. The crack was throbbing - like a heartbeat. His hands raised slowly. He doesn't know why. There is no reason to touch it. But his fingers moved alone. When the skin touches the sword handle, the whole world seems to stop. Wuuuussshhh! A shadow explosion exploded from the altar. The wind screamed. Kael was thrown a few steps back, his chest hit the stone. He fell, his body trembled. From the altar, black smoke rises slowly. From behind the smoke ... a shadow was formed. Like humans, but not completely. His body was slim, tall, wrapped in a sparkling torn robe like a night liquid. His eyes ... two red light light. Kael tried to get up. But his body could not be moved. The shadow looked at him. "You ... touch me ..."His voice is like a deep metal hum. Kael swallowed hard. "Who are you?""I am a shadow of blood and destruction. I am
