“I still need to confirm this” James said, although he has the deed, he still needs to confirm it.

James is completely broke and even owes the bank five dollars, but luckily he has some little changes from the sales he made over the weeks.

He took the cheapest bus and headed for Coconut Island.

He suppressed his excitement in the bus, the bus was crowded and noisy as usual.

Nothing new or major happened in the bus as some people were preaching, others were chatting, and eating, a child crying and some arguing with the bus driver. Yup, Nothing new in the daily life of city X.

Throughout the journey, young ladies and even old women couldn't help but look at James once in a while.

Which made James feel uncomfortable and wish to get off the bus as soon as possible.

The journey took two and a half hours due to the terrible traffic.

Just as he reached the entrance of Coconut Island, he was stopped by the security guards.

It wasn't because the security guards had bad taste, they were just used to expensive cars and big men coming in and out. James was wearing cheap clothes that cost two thousand naira at most.

However, to James' surprise, the security guards were too enthusiastic.

According to the usual novel standard, shouldn't the security officer look down on him first and then chase him away?

Coconut Island was the richest neighbourhood. The security guards are specifically trained, even if they were facing poor people, they would not neglect them.

Also, James looks responsible and handsome, how could such a handsome man look like a pauper?

“Hello, state your business here,” A tall bulky security captain said, his face was a bit stern, easily intimidating people.

“Umm…I just bought a house here. This is the title deed” James took out the title deed and passed it to the security guards.

They took it and were surprised, this was the title deed for the house bought by the mysterious tycoon.

They read it, asking him a few questions just to confirm if this was his and not stolen.

“Welcome Mr. James” The security guards immediately became respectful and took him seriously.

“Do you need a ride to your destination?” Asked one of the security guards.

James was surprised at how kind they were, “Sure” he answered.

One of the security guards started the security guard car and zoomed off with James to Beach View Villa.

“Captain, is that person the owner of the villa? I don't think so” A security guard who just resumed work last week asked.

“Ibrahim, remember this. The more ordinary someone is, the more you can't underestimate them. These rich people's reasoning are different from ours”

“Then why didn't he drive his car?” The new security guard asked.

“That I don't know, but I do know that his title deed was truly legal and his, that villa hasn't been sold for two years. There's only one Beach View Villa in the entire Coconut Island. Many people can't buy it even if they have the money”

“My goodness, this Mr James is too low profile”

After a few minutes drive, the security officer got James to his villa. Immediately James stepped out, it caught many people's attention.

“Wow, look, who is that guy although he looks poor, but he is so handsome”

“He seems to be a new owner in our neighbourhood. I have never seen him before.”

“What's his name? I feel like I'm in love”

“ “

James didn't even notice that some people were talking about him, he was stunned by the beauty of Banana Island. The environment in the district, vegetation, and air were already extremely good.

The scenery around was beautiful, the sky almost looked like it was filled with multicoloured light, It was beautiful beyond words.

There were up to at least twenty small islands in the Estate. The roads were bridges, well connected, and there were black marble floors and white light blue tiles. The twenty villas were scattered around the small island in succession.

Among them, the most luxurious was the beach view villa.

In terms of size, location or renovation, it was second to none.

The balcony of the beach view villa was very big, and the sea view in the distance could be seen very clearly.

In front of the villa was a huge lawn with a swimming pool at the front, on the right-hand side was the parking lot of the villa.

The moment James entered the villa, a pretty girl was already waiting there.

Janet, one of the property agents of Banana Island Estate.

She had long received news that the villa had been bought by a mysterious tycoon. So she was here to welcome him and if possible form a connection with him.

When Janet saw James, she was a bit surprised, the mysterious tycoon looked too ordinary, but yet looks handsome, clean and carefree.

“Hi, Mr Handsome, I mean James…My name is Janet, an estate property agent for Coconut Island”

“Good afternoon Miss” James responded

“You are the owner of the Beach View villa, correct?” She asked.

James handed his title deed towards her, confirming he really owns the place.

“Wow, I didn't expect you to be so young, talented and different from the rest.” Janet praised. Those who could afford the beach view villa worth at least one billion!

“Thank you very much” James spoke, while thinking in his mind, ‘If only you knew that I am a broke man who drinks cassava flakes (Garri) everyday then suddenly got a house from a mysterious system, damn...I still owe my bank money’

When they reached the entrance of the mansion door, Janet looked at James' back view and blinked. “Mr James, I’ll be in charge of the property management in the future, so… let's exchange contact”
