Secret In the Family House

Hosh had just arrived at his family's house. The distance covered in the five hour journey made the man fall asleep so comfortably. Harry helped the man with his wheelchair and even pushed him towards the front door of the house which was tightly closed. It was already three o'clock in the morning. His grandparents must be fast asleep.

Hosh stared briefly at the condition of the house which had indeed changed. His grandparents were just farmers. Where they both sell their rice and garden product to continue to survive. After marrying Wilo, the king gave them money which was eventually used to buy some agricultural equipment and land.

Grandfather and grandmother never thought that their grandson would finally be able to marry a princess. Absolutely never expect to get rewarded in any form. Of course they couldn't refuse the king's gift, so they just cultivated it because in the end, it was Hosh who would inherit everything.

Jenaya, Hosh's grandmother opened the door with a clearly visible sleepiness on her face. Hosh could only smile welcoming his grandmother's embrace who realized that it was her beloved grandson who had come. Grandpa Idris who followed immediately invited Hosh to enter the house which was now four times bigger than before.

"Why did you come so early in the morning? Is Wilo not with you?” asked the grandmother who was looking for her granddaughter-in-law.

"I really miss you guys, of course. I just want to spend time with you guys. I haven't come to visit in a long time. Wilo was too tired because there was a party earlier in our clan, Grandma. Still, there's a lot to do. She's not coming, so I'm here alone so early. I just can't wait to meet you." Hosh smiled warmly.

“I see. Too bad. Since marrying you, I've been waiting for Wilo to come to our house. Yes, maybe apart from being busy, this hut is indeed very different from your palace in the Zenith clan. She probably wouldn't like living here."

"Grandma, there's no need to be so humble. This place is even better than the last time I came. You built and maintained it very well.” Hosh looked around.

“This is all for you. Grandpa and grandma wanted to leave this for you when we died.”

"Grandma, you're not going anywhere. You will always be here with me.” Hosh immediately sulked and embraced his grandmother.

"Tch, you're an adult. You are already a husband and even a future king. You can no longer be spoiled by your grandmother. After all, you have to be realistic. We are very old. Sooner or later we will definitely leave you.”

"Come on, Grandpa. I understand. I just don't want to talk about it right now."

"Okay. Then you better rest. I'll take you to your room."

The grandmother helped push the wheelchair while the grandfather helped carry Hosh's suitcase. The three of them entered Hosh's room which he had left a long time ago. Most of them have indeed been restored so that their condition is stronger and newer. The furniture has also been completely replaced even though its location has not changed at all.

Hosh could see his old photos with his grandparents. There is also a photo of his parents who died when he was two years old. Lots of childhood photos of Hosh who used to love dancing. The disease had just appeared when he was 18 years old. The age at which he should start flapping his wings wider.

Hosh was actually ready to leave the clan and study so he could lead a better life. He wanted to go to the Lazarus clan where all the good schools and highly educated people lived. Of course because of the rules, he couldn't just leave. The thing that can make someone leave the clan is marriage or being appointed directly by the head of the clan concerned.

Due to limitations, Hosh changed his dream. Where he wants to join a famous circus show club in Crosby. A club called the Hope Club that can surround the entire clan to entertain its inhabitants. Diverse action and animal shows. Hosh was gobsmacked because they had such great dancers that would suit him for sure.

“You used to be so cheerful and adorable. You always want to show off your dancing skills in front of many people," said the grandfather who was standing in the doorway.

“Yes, I used to be very confident and always wanted to dance.” Hosh smiled remembering the past.

"You can definitely do it someday." The grandmother gave encouragement.

“I can't expect too much, but I hope so. I'm just a weak human who can't even walk now.”

“You remember, I left the wooden box for you. A wooden box that might give you a big change in your life. You may not believe it now, but you will believe it later.”

“That wooden box? Ah right. I still have it in your wardrobe." Jenaya looked at the cupboard.

Somehow, Hosh remembered his first meeting with Wilo. All of that could be said to have been caused by the wooden box his grandparents had given him. Hosh remembered well, about three days after the contest was announced, Hosh was with his grandparents in their cramped dining room after finishing dinner.

“Hosh. You are now exactly 30 years old. Grandma and I also don't know how long we will be able to live. We know it's too late to tell you, but you should know."

"What's that, Grandpa?" asked a confused Hosh.

“I'll start by talking about our ancestors. Did you know besides the four clans that exist in this country, we have one other clan?” asked the grandfather started.

“We have other clans? Is that true?" asked Hosh looking seriously into his grandfather's face.

“Yes, the clan is called Nilas. It's actually too difficult to even be called a clan because their numbers are actually very limited. Nilas are those who have four clan qualities at once. Such a person is very likely to become a leader. Not just for one but four clans at once.”

“Wow, I never heard of that. I also didn't expect such people to actually exist. Then… how come we never see one of them?”

“Nilas is considered dangerous for civilization. You can see for yourself how the current conditions are favorable to certain parties. The Zenith clan that owns a mine on their land. The Lazarus clan who continued to enrich themselves by selling self-refined chemicals. Earl's clan that controls the defense system. The rich Crosby clan selling food. Again everything is only for clan leaders and their ranks. As for those who are not so lucky, they are still just slaves in whatever clan they belong to.”
