When Dean returned home, his sick foster mother, Mrs. Martha, sat up on the couch, a look of concern etched on her face.
She tried to read Dean's facial expression, and Dean could tell she was worried. "How was it, Dean?" Mrs. Martha asked, her voice weak but full of love. Dean forced a smile, not wanting to bother her with the details. "She accepted," he said, trying to sound cheerful. Mrs. Thompson's face lit up with a warm smile. "Oh, congratulations, Dean! I'm so happy for you." Dean felt a pang of guilt for not telling her the whole truth. He didn't want to worry her, but he knew he had to come clean eventually. The rest of the day, Dean spent hours reading articles online about how to awaken a strong ability. He practiced different techniques, trying to calm his mind and focus his energy. He was determined to awaken at least a C-rank ability, no matter what it took. The next day, he arrived at the military school, his heart beating fast with nervousness. The school was a sprawling complex of modern buildings, with sleek lines and futuristic architecture. The campus was buzzing with students, all chatting and laughing as they made their way to the Grand Hall. As Dean entered the Grand Hall, he was amazed by the sheer scale of the room. The ceiling soared above him, and the walls were lined with futuristic machines that whirred and hummed softly. At the front of the room, a male teacher and a female teacher stood on a raised platform, while the students gathered below, listening attentively. The male teacher, Mr. Johnson, introduced himself and the female teacher, Ms. Rodriguez. "Welcome, students, to the military academy, where you'll be spending the next two years. Today is a momentous occasion, as you'll be discovering your hidden abilities. Please follow our second-year student, who will lead you through the process." A tall, confident student stepped forward, introducing himself as Marcus. "Follow me, please," he said, leading the students to the ability testing machine. The machine was a large, glass box with a door that slide open with a soft hiss. Students were asked to step inside, and as they did, the box lit up with a soft, blue glow. The door closed, and the machine hummed softly for a few moments before the door opened again. Ms. Rodriguez held a tablet device in her hands, which displayed the test results, and as each student emerged from the machine, she announced their ability and its rank. "Ah, Delilah, you've awakened a C-rank ability in telekinesis! Congratulations!" Delilah beamed with pride, holding up her wrist to show off the watch which was offered by the academy, which displayed her ability and its rank. Dean couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and joy for her It finally came to Dean's turn. He looked towards Delilah's way, and she gave him a thumbs up and mouth the words “”you got this Dean.” Dean smiled and took a deep breath. “I won't disappoint you, Delilah,” he said to himself as he headed to the machine with determination. But when he emerged from the machine, Ms. Rodriguez's expression was sympathetic. "I'm afraid you've awakened an F-rank ability in gardening, Dean. Don't worry, though - every ability has its uses, and you can always work to improve your rank." Immediately, the entire hall was filled with laughter. “An ability in gardening? I have never heard of such a pathetic ability before.” One student from the crowd commented. “Dude! What is he good at, farming?” Another student added. Dean's face burned with humiliation as he was the center of the laughter. He felt very disappointed. “That closes the ability testing ceremony, see you all tomorrow.” The teachers said as they left the hall. Dean shook his head as a tear dropped down from his eye. He looked down at the watch on his wrist, which displayed his ability and its rank. He couldn't help but grind his teeth. “Damnit, what have I done to the world to deserve this?” He asked himself as he turned to check on Delilah. He saw her approaching him with a look of disappointment and immediately realized that this won't end well. “I am sorry, Delilah, I have failed you. I couldn't keep my promise, but I promise I'll make it up to you.” He said in a pleading tone, hoping Delilah would calm down. However, Delilah took off the ring from her finger and threw it on the ground. “Another promise?” she asked. “What makes you think I will believe you again if you couldn't keep your first promise?” “But…” Dean tried to speak but Delilah cut him halfway. "Dean, I am sorry," she said, her voice firm but cold. "But I don't think we're compatible anymore. You're just not good enough for me." Dean felt like he had been punched in the gut once again. He couldn't believe that Delilah was breaking up with him, especially after he had proposed to her just the day before. However, before he could even process what was happening, Blake Monroe stepped forward, a smug look on his face. "Hey, Delilah Emberfell, now that you're free, I was wondering if you'd like to go out with me," he said, his voice dripping with confidence. Delilah smiled, and Dean felt his heart sink. "I'd love to, Blake," she said, and the two of them shared a kiss. Dean felt like he was in a nightmare. He couldn't believe that Delilah was moving on so quickly, and with someone like Blake, who had always been a rival to him. Even though Blake just awakened an A-ranked Fire ability like that of his family, and his father was the second in command of the Elite Forces, it still wasn't reason enough for Delilah to just throw years of building a relationship with just a single set back. In a desperate attempt to win Delilah back, Dean crept on his knees towards her, “please Delilah, I truly love you. I didn't mean to hurt you, please forgive me and reconsider.” But before he could even reach her, Blake brutally pushed him away. "You're pathetic, Dean," Blake sneered. "You're not even worthy of Delilah's attention. Can't you tell the difference between both of you?" He asked, pointing at Dean's cheap clothes. “You both come from two different worlds, with her worthy to be treated as a queen, and you, just a mere slave.” Everyone burst into laughter once again. However, Dean ignored Blake's words and moved closer to Delilah once more to plead. He believed she could change her mind. He loved her so much, and had so many plans for them. He couldn't imagine his life without her. However, trying to touch Delilah, Blake pushed his hands away “I said keep your filthy hands away from her.” He barked. Dean's anger boiled over, and he charged at Blake. The two of them clashed, and a fight broke out. Blake's goonies, Sam and Jerry, joined in, and soon Dean was surrounded. Despite his best efforts, Dean was no match for Blake's A-ranked fire ability. He was beaten mercilessly, his legs and arms broken before the school authorities finally arrived to break up the fight. As Dean lay helpless on the ground, he saw Delilah and Blake walking away, arm in arm. He felt a sense of despair wash over him, and he wondered if he would ever be able to recover from this humiliation. The school authorities took Dean to the school hospital, where he was healed by A-ranked Healing ability users. As he lay in bed, his body slowly healing, Dean couldn't help but feel a sense of determination. He would not let this defeat him. " I will train harder than ever before, and I will prove to Delilah that I am worthy of respect."

Rewards: +2000 Exp 2000/4500))) After the messi, Dean thought to himself, watching Mr. X give him a creepy smile. "That was not a fair fight. He was using an ability. If I wanted, I could have used blood bending on him." The fight had been stopped, and Mr. Leo moved on to the next topic: The Silent Running. "Now, let me tell you the meaning of silent running," Mr. Leo said. "Just from the name, you can understand the basic idea. Ninjas must learn to move in such a way that there is next to zero noise. This is because you could face an opponent with very sensitive ears, or you might one day be in mist traps triggered by noise. Mastering this skill could help you escape. This is one of the most important parts of your training. If you don't succeed with this skill, you might repeat this level." Mr. Leo's gaze fell on Kenneth, who became visibly embarrassed. Since Dean had reached level six, the system granted him permission to mark up to ten people, a significant milestone in his journey. The last person he marked was Princess Kora, and today he had decided to mark Arandy, a trusted friend and ally. He explained the process to Arandy, who agreed despite the potential risks and inconveniences, trusting Dean's judgment and expertise. This crucial ritual took place in an isolated part of the school, away from prying eyes and potential distractions. Dean carefully cut his and Arandy's palms, and held them together, feeling a surge of energy as their blood mingled. After a while, Arandy felt a searing pain on his upper arm, and saw the symbol of a red dragon in a circle of blood emblazoned on his skin."Congratulations, you have created a Blue Mage. One member has been added to the Red Dragon Family," the system announced, its voice echoing in Dean's mind. Blue mages were a unique subclass, capable of copying their enemies' abilities, and

When the test was over, all students were given a strange round object called a pendulum, with a dark mirror at its center. It could be worn as a pendant when touched to the neck for some time or as a watch when touched to the wrist for some time. The device was a medium of communication powered by magic. The students were asked to check their pendulums to know their dorm room numbers. Dean was assigned to dorm room 2500. When he arrived, he thought, "I am sure that boy is the assassin in the prophecy; I must get rid of him on time." But Dean thought otherwise, "Finally, I can get some peace and quiet time for myself after a long stress." As he opened the door to his dorm room, expecting solitude, he was disappointed to find three other boys inside. They were quiet, with looks of shock mixed with fear on their faces."Only when I thought my day was worse, then this happens," Dean said. "Where is my bed?" he asked, and the boys pointed silently. Dean went to his bed and tried to sleep

I must go to him before he comes to me." The life of the Duchess was in danger, but he had decided not to tell anyone of the prophecy because he never wanted to make the Duchess live in fear.“Well I get to experience how the school system here looks like,” Dean smiled."Dean, are you ready?" Mara's voice sounded from outside Dean's door. "Yeah, I am," Dean replied, standing up, then he went out and met Mara. Both of them went outside to a carriage waiting for them. The Duchess had tears in her eyes as her children were going to be away for a long time, and she would be alone at home. This was because the school had a dormitory where all students lived.
