Whispers of the Young Master

Kuro was partying with some same-age friends at a luxury bar, fully enjoying himself amidst loud music and colourful lights. Neon lights were flashing all around, and girls were dancing on the dance floor. The bar's atmosphere was filled with noise, dance, and the intoxication of alcohol.

Kuro was standing near a table, holding a glass, watching the girls dance, when his phone vibrated in his pocket.

In a frustrated tone, he said, "Who is it now at this hour?"

He pulled out his phone, and upon seeing the name on the screen, he immediately became serious. Answering the call, he said, "Hello… who is it?"

From the other side came a calm but authoritative voice:

"This is Li Chan speaking."

Hearing this, the hairs on Kuro's body stood on end. The glass nearly slipped from his hands. Stammering slightly, his voice deepened,

"Y-Young Master! You?! What's the matter?"

Li Chan calmly said,

"Kuro, I want to buy a car. Do you know someone at a good showroom? If so, take me there tomorrow."

Kuro, immediately excited, said,

"Of course, Young Master! I'll come to pick you up in the morning. I'll take you to the best showroom!"

After the call ended, Li Chan, slightly relaxed, thought to himself,

"Let's see what happens tomorrow."

On the other side, Kuro immediately called over one of his friends.

"Brother Jin, come here for a second!"

A guy with green hair, specs, and wearing a black designer suit came over to Kuro.

"Brother Kuro, what's up?"

Looking at him, Kuro said,

"Young Master wants to buy a car."

Jin, a bit confused, said,

"Young Master? Which Young Master?"

Kuro, with a hint of pride, said,

"Li Chan!"

Shock was clearly visible on Jin's face.

"W-What? You mean… the heir of the Ancient Family?!"

Kuro, smiling, said,

"I'll bring him to your showroom tomorrow."

Jin immediately said,

"I'll personally be at the showroom tomorrow! This deal is historic!"

Both raised their wine glasses, clinked them in a cheer, the wine sparkling slightly in the air as it swirled, and then they started talking with laughter.

The next morning, Li Chan was standing outside the hostel, wearing a classy outfit and holding his phone. His expressions were calm and composed.

From behind, two girls, one with black hair in a red outfit, the other with golden hair in a blue dress, looked at Li Chan with curious eyes.

Just then, a loud engine sound caught their attention.

A shiny red Ferrari, with a loud exhaust, was approaching them.

The girls, wide-eyed, said,

"Oh my God! That's the new Ferrari model! And it's outside our university?!"

The Ferrari stopped in front of Li Chan.

The girls, confused, said,

"Why did this car stop in front of Li Chan?"

Just then, the Ferrari's door opened, and Kuro stepped out, dressed in a stylish black suit, a Rolex watch, and designer sunglasses.

The girls, shocked, said,

"Who is this guy?!"

They immediately started planning to approach Kuro.

"We should take this chance!"

But then they saw…

Kuro opened the Ferrari's passenger door and respectfully said,

"Young Master, please get in."

Disbelief was clearly visible on the girls' faces.

Li Chan, without saying a word, got into the Ferrari. Kuro sat in the driver's seat, and they sped off from there.

The girls, in shock, said,

"Li Chan… he's not an ordinary guy… We have to tell the whole university about this!"

A little while later, Li Chan and Kuro stopped in front of a high-end car showroom…

As Kuro gets out of the car, he turns to Li Chan and says,

"Brother, you go inside and choose a car, I'll call my friend in the meantime."

Li Chan nods slightly and, with a smile, says,

"Alright, fine."

He walks through the glass doors of the showroom. As he steps onto the gleaming showroom floor, a thought crosses his mind

"Which car should I get?"

Just then, a graceful showroom attendant approaches him.

"Hello, sir," she says with a professional smile.

Li Chan looks at the girl in a white formal dress, red lipstick, thick black hair, and deep black eyes. Her ID card has her name written on it: Fiya.

Li Chan says directly,

"I want to see the best car in this showroom."

Fiya, for a moment, observes his clothes, confident body language, and the depth in his eyes, thinking to herself

"From his looks and attitude, he seems like a guy from a high-class family, but let's see. He might look at the best car and end up buying a cheaper one like others do."

Still, with a trained smile, she says,

"Sir, please come with me."

Li Chan follows her deeper into the showroom. The glare of high-end luxury cars and the coolness of the perfume-scented AC affect his mood.

As he walks, a thought crosses his mind

"How much should I spend on a car? 100 million yen? Or… 200 million?"

Then Fiya leads him to a separate section where five premium sports cars are aligned, each one a masterpiece.

"Sir, these are the top five cars in our showroom. All are world-class models. You can take your time to look at them," Fiya says.

Li Chan first looks at a Green Ferrari 812 Superfast. Its sharp aerodynamic design and neon green paint attract his eyes.

He says to himself,

"Should I get this one? Hmm… it looks powerful… But let's check out the others too."

Then his gaze falls on a Black Pagani Huayra BC. Its carbon-titanium body, sleek razor-cut curves, and exclusive hand-made finish take him to a whole different dimension.

With a sparkle in his eyes, Li Chan says,

"Wait… is there a Pagani limited edition model here too!? Damn it… I heard only 20 of these were made in the entire world!"

He walks toward the Pagani, about to touch it, but…
