Guo Jiang’s lips curved faintly. His eyes, however, remained untouched by warmth. His voice was a whisper, carried by the wind.

“Now… do it, Nevertary.”

The assassin spirit obeyed without hesitation.

Her fingers twisted, elongating into skeletal claws. She thrust both hands into the women’s chests. Their screams tore through the night, piercing the desert’s silence.

BLAM!

“You…!”

Their last words faded as their hearts were ripped free, still beating in Nevertary’s pale grip. Blood sprayed across the sand, staining it darker than shadow. The smell of iron filled the air as the assassin spirit devoured both hearts with chilling composure.

Yet the horror was not finished.
