Gabe and Mia gave all the clothes and toys to the children, and the kids no longer held any negative feelings toward them.

Gabe also gave Antony a fresh pair of clothes and also a premium deer dish. Antony gladly accepted because deer meat was his favorite. His dad used to teach him how to hunt when he was young, and so when he ate the deer meat now, it brought back memories of the past, and Antony’s eyes turned watery. He leaned his head into Gabe’s shoulder and thanked him during his meal.

Seeing such genuine emotions, Mia felt like her own spirit was being lifted. She was mostly surrounded by people who acted around her, so being in this orphanage was like a breath of fresh air to her.

The children started quarreling among each other for the toys, so Mia had to take up the job to resolve their little conflicts with her sweet words.
