Tony was in a taxi on his way to Charlotte's apartment for a dinner conversation.

Interestingly, Charlotte's apartment unit was in the same complex as Tony's, just on a different floor.

This fact bothered Tony quite a bit. There was a chance they might run into each other or meet in the elevator.

The apartment was indeed elite housing. Celebrities like artists and socialites were rumored to own units there and sometimes stay overnight.

"We've arrived, sir," said the taxi driver.

Tony took out a few bills from his wallet, handed them to the taxi driver, and opened the door.
