Chapter 1: The Awakening Ceremony
The grand Awakening Hall of Avalon Ability Academy was packed with students, instructors, and high-ranking officials. Banners bearing the academy’s insignia hung from the marble pillars, and the massive Awakening Crystal stood at the center, glowing faintly.
Today was the most important day for every student—the day their abilities would be revealed. Many of the student were seen whispering among themselves as they pinged hands towards some student known to have hailed from magical families. Families that had a deep root in Avalon Ability academy. Leonard carter was a nobody but he was reckoned with for his extra ordinary abilities he had demonstrated each time during his trainings. But today was different, special. It was day many of the had anticipated to know their ranks. Leo Carter stood among the crowd, his heart pounding. He clenched his fists, taking a slow breath to steady himself. This was the moment he had trained for. The moment that would determine his future. Around him, murmurs filled the air. “I heard Ian awakened a B-rank Ice Manipulation ability.” one of the student said staring at his friend. “Did you see Chloe’s? She got an A-rank Wind Control! She’s going to be a top-tier fighter.” Leo’s lips curled into a confident smile. His turn was coming soon, and he was ready. He had worked harder than anyone in the academy His instructors had praised his combat skills, and his girlfriend, Sophia, had always told him he was destined for greatness. Although she was about distance from him now. She barely returns his calls or even take her time to come see him Something was wrong but Liam believed the best way to win her back was to become an A-rank Wind control or pyro. They were known for their strong powers. He glanced over at her, standing a few feet away. She was beautiful as ever, her dark brown hair cascading over her shoulders, her eyes bright with excitement. But she wasn’t looking at him. Instead, she was watching Ethan Blake, the academy’s golden boy, who had just stepped up to the Awakening Crystal. The hall fell silent as Ethan placed his hand on the glowing crystal. A surge of energy pulsed through the room, and the crystal shone blindingly bright. A second later, golden letters appeared in the air: [A-Rank: Lightning Mastery] The crowd erupted into cheers. Ethan smirked, basking in the admiration. " I knew he could do it. His father as mother are having A-ranked abilities." A student close to Leo said nodding her head “An A-rank ability! As expected of him,” someone muttered. “He’s going to be a top hero in the future.” Leo frowned as Sophia ran up to Ethan, hugging him tightly. A strange feeling settled in his chest, but he shook it off. It didn’t matter. His turn was coming. One by one, students stepped forward, placing their hands on the Awakening Crystal. B-ranks and C-ranks were common, but only a few had reached the prestigious A-rank. Every name announced sent a wave of excitement or disappointment through the crowd. Finally, the instructor called, “Leo Carter.” Leo inhaled deeply. This was it. His moment. He stepped forward, feeling every gaze on him. His heart pounded, but he kept his expression calm. His name carried weight at Avalon Ability Academy—he was a top student, a skilled fighter, and a leader. Everyone expected great things from him. He placed his palm on the Awakening Crystal. The smooth surface was cold beneath his skin. Silence fell. For a moment, nothing happened. Then, a faint glow pulsed from the crystal. It flickered once, twice… before dimming completely. Murmurs spread through the crowd. “What’s happening?” “Why is it taking so long?” Leo swallowed hard, his pulse quickening. Something was wrong. His heart jumped and he could feel his hands wet. Adrenaline was setting in with the hope that he was getting an A. The instructor frowned, tapping the side of the crystal. Then, after what felt like an eternity, glowing letters formed in the air. [F-Rank: Unknown Ability] Silence. Then—laughter. An eruption of whispers and chuckles filled the hall. “F-rank?” “No way! Leo Carter? The so-called prodigy?” “That’s the lowest possible rank! He’s weaker than even a normal civilian!” Leo’s body turned cold. His mind struggled to process the words in front of him. F-rank? Unknown ability? This had to be a mistake. He turned to the instructor, but the man only sighed, shaking his head. “I’m sorry, Leo. You’ve awakened the lowest-tier ability.” Sophia’s laughter rang through the air. He turned to her, and she was standing beside Ethan, her arms looped around his. “I can’t believe I wasted my time on you,” she sneered. “You’re pathetic.” Leo’s stomach twisted. His fists clenched, nails digging into his palms. He could hardly believe his years of training, everything gone down the drain. " An F?" The crowd erupted into full-blown mockery. “The academy’s so-called genius is nothing but a failure!” “I bet he’s going to drop out tomorrow.” Ethan smirked, wrapping an arm around Sophia. “Some people just aren’t meant to be special,” he said mockingly. Leo forced himself to stay still, to keep his expression neutral, even as his world crumbled around him. Then— A sharp pain shot through his head. His vision blurred. For a split second, everything around him faded into darkness. And then, a screen appeared before his eyes. [Error: Ability Concealment Activated] [SSS-Rank Ability Detected] Leo’s breath hitched. His eyes widened. SSS-Rank? A rush of energy coursed through his veins, unlike anything he had ever felt before. His muscles tensed, his heartbeat thundered in his ears. This wasn’t an F-rank ability. This was something far beyond what the system had shown. He gritted his teeth, barely managing to keep himself from reacting. Why is my true ability being hidden? “Leo Carter,” the instructor said with an apologetic look, “you may return to your seat.” The laughter continued as Leo turned away, his mind spinning. But as he walked back, he could hear students whispering. “This has to be a mistake, right?” “Leo was supposed to be one of the strongest. There’s no way he’s actually F-rank…” “Maybe his power just hasn’t fully awakened yet?” Some were doubtful. Others watched him with curiosity, waiting. Leo clenched his fists. His body still buzzed with power, with something unknown and terrifying brewing beneath the surface. He didn’t know what his ability was yet. But the pain he felt made him ran out of the hall as the echo of the students laughter trailed right behind himExpand

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapte 11: The Edge of Awakening
***************** Day Before ***************** All around the school, everyone was talking about Leo Carter—about his sudden ability and how strong he had become. Many whispered that he would only grow more powerful, stronger than anyone had expected. But others still doubted. How could an F-rank student possibly become that strong overnight? Rumors spun in every hallway. Some called it a fluke. Others swore he had awakened something ancient. A few even claimed Leo had made a deal with forbidden forces. But no one could deny it—something had changed. Leo, however, didn’t care about their whispers or the suspicious looks thrown his way. Their words didn’t reach him. His focus was sharp, his thoughts narrowed to one thing: revenge. He wanted every person who laughed at him, mocked him, bullied him—he wanted them all to pay. He could still feel the sting of humiliation, the heat of shame from being underestimated and ridiculed. Now, the tables were turning. Meanwhile, Ethan

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapter 10: The Rise of a Monster
********************** [ The Training Grounds ] The Elite Training Hall was silent. Hundreds of students stood in a wide circle, watching in stunned silence as Leo Carter fought three A-rankers—at the same time. He was barely moving. One attacker lunged from the left, aiming a reinforced fist at his ribs. Leo tilted slightly, dodging by inches. Before the attacker could react, Leo’s elbow slammed into his stomach, sending him crashing into the wall. Another came from behind, swinging a sword at his neck. Leo didn’t even turn. CLANG! With one finger, he stopped the blade mid-swing. Gasps rippled through the crowd. The third attacker, panicking, launched a desperate kick. Too slow. Leo vanished. Before anyone could blink, he appeared behind the attacker, his fingers pressing lightly against his opponent’s back. "If I wanted you dead," Leo murmured, "you would be." Then he tapped the student’s back lightly. BOOM! The force sent the A-ranker skidding acro

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapter 9: The Storm Begins
********************************************* [ The Academy’s High Council Meets ] The air inside the Grand Chamber was thick with tension, so dense it seemed almost tangible, clinging to the skin like mist before a storm. Towering pillars lined the circular room, each etched with ancient symbols that pulsed faintly with a deep, crimson light. Shadows danced along the walls, thrown by the flickering flames of torches mounted high above. At the center of it all stood the academy’s highest-ranking instructors and elders, seated in grim, heavy silence around a long, polished obsidian table that reflected their strained expressions like a dark, distorted mirror. Not one dared to speak out of turn. At the head of the table sat the Headmaster—a towering man with sharp, hawk-like features and an aura so overwhelming it seemed to warp the very air around him. His SS-rank ability made even the strongest warriors in the room feel like children standing before a storm. His gloved fingers tap

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapter 8: A-Rank Training—The Beating of a Lifetime
******************************************** Leo woke up to pain. His entire body ached from yesterday’s abuse—his ribs sore, his stomach empty, his face swollen from the endless beatings. His fingers trembled as he pushed himself up from the cold ground outside the academy halls. It had rained the night before, and his clothes were still soaked, his body freezing. He clenched his jaw, suppressing the shivers. But there was no time to rest. The academy didn’t care if he was suffering. F-Ranks had no rights, no privileges. Leo had to attend combat class—even if he was nothing more than a moving target for the real warriors. The A-Ranks and B-Ranks trained separately from the weaker students, their sessions far more brutal and ruthless. Normally, F-Ranks weren’t even allowed near them. But Leo? He wasn’t just allowed—he was forced. Word had spread about the academy’s “new policy.” F-Ranks weren’t just useless—they were practice dummies for the strong. And Leo

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapter 7: The Bottom of the Food Chain
******************************** Leo had thought he had already experienced the worst of it. He was wrong. Being an F-Rank wasn’t just a title—it was a death sentence. From the moment the rankings were finalized, the academy transformed into a battlefield where only the strong mattered. The elite students, those with S-Rank and A-Rank abilities, walked through the halls like kings and queens, their very presence commanding respect. And the F-Ranks? They weren’t even treated as people. They were prey. Thrown to the Wolves Leo’s nightmare began that morning. As he walked into the academy courtyard, hunger gnawed at his stomach. He hadn’t eaten since yesterday—F-Ranks were only given leftovers, and by the time he reached the dining hall last night, there had been nothing left. But food was the least of his worries. The moment he entered the training ground, a D-Rank student named Marcus Vale smirked and stuck out his leg. Leo didn’t see it coming. His weakened

THE MAN WITH THE SSS RANK ABILITIES Chapter 6: The Academy’s New Order
The academy halls buzzed with excitement. Overnight, a new ranking system had been announced, and now, everything in the school would be determined by power level. Classes. Dorms. Resources. Even social status. Students were to be divided according to their ability ranks, and those at the top would receive privileges beyond imagination. Those at the bottom? They would be nothing. Leo knew what this meant for him. Still, he forced himself to attend the morning assembly, ignoring the bruises on his body and the burning shame from yesterday’s humiliation. But as soon as he stepped onto the academy grounds, the mockery began. "Look, it's the F-Rank loser!" "I heard they’re giving the F-ranks scraps for lunch now. Guess it suits them." "Should he even be allowed to stand here? This is for warriors, not failures." Leo clenched his fists but kept walking. He had no one to turn to, no home to return to. This school was the only place he had. He had to endure. The Annou
