Chapter Fifty

Timothy had a suggestion which he had been thinking of bringing up since the last time spying on Sergeant Clinton.

“I think we should change the car because that sergeant saw it the last time I spied on him before he caught sight of me and let me when he came after me with his car.”

“That’s thoughtful. Which car can we use now?” Jamy asked.

“I don’t know. I thought you know few people around here that you can talk to lend us a car.”

Jamy had a random thought but he wasn’t ready to take the risk. His psyche went to one of the Herbert Halloway’s cabinet men who lived in Yaba. He picked his phone while Shane and Jamy were looking at him, he phoned the man and had a brief discussion with him. He promised to come with the car to their residence because he had been there a couple of times when he came for meeting after they were relieved off their duty by Herbert Halloway.

“I have talked to Mr Chuks. He will be here with his car and we will use that for the time being,” Jamy said.
