MICHAEL'S POV

Sarah dropped to her knees beside her grandmother, her voice breaking with desperation. "Please, Grandmother, get up from the floor. We can figure this out together."

"There's nothing to figure out!" Elena wailed, her tears streaming down her face. "We're facing financial ruin because of your worthless husband!"

"Maybe we can negotiate with the Hamilton family," Sarah suggested hopefully. "If we explain what happened, maybe they'll show mercy—"

"Mercy?" Elena cut her off with a bitter laugh. "You clearly don't know anything about the Hamilton family, Sarah. They are the most ruthless, unforgiving people in this entire city."

Robert nodded grimly. "Grandmother's right. The Hamiltons don't negotiate, and they certainly don't show mercy to people who damage their property."

"They'll want their money immediately," Tina added with growing panic. "Full compensation, no payment plans, no excuses."

Elena's voice rose to a shriek. "The Hamilton family has destroyed entire busines

Even Carmen, usually so quick with her sarcastic remarks, stood speechless as Hamilton family members knelt before her."We beg your forgiveness," the Hamilton matriarch said, her voice thick with humiliation, "for suggesting that your family deserved to be beaten for our broken vase."Elena's legs gave out, and she had to grab Sarah's arm for support. "This can't be happening. The Hamilton family is kneeling... to us?""It's happening, Grandma," Sarah said softly, squeezing my hand tighter. "Michael made it happen."The crowd of bank customers and Hamilton family members watched in stunned silence as the apologies continued."I still don't understand," Elena whispered to me, her eyes wide with disbelief. "Who are you really, Michael? How did you bring the most powerful family in the city to their knees?"Before I could answer, I raised my hand to address the kneeling Hamiltons. "That's enough. Please, all of you, rise."They looked up at me in surprise."Our debt is settled," I conti

MICHAEL'S POVSarah turned to Elena, holding the receipt firmly in her hands. "Grandma, this receipt is absolutely real. The bank director issued it himself, right in front of us."Elena's hands trembled as she stared at the document, her mind still refusing to accept what she was seeing. "But... but what if it's some kind of fake? These days, people can forge anything!""Grandma, it's not fake!" Sarah's voice carried a mixture of exasperation and amazement. "The Hamilton patriarch received the bank alert on his phone! The money is actually in his account!""One hundred million dollars," Carmen whispered, still in a daze. "Michael actually has one hundred million dollars."Elena shook her head vigorously. "I still can't believe it. There has to be some explanation. People like Michael don't just have that kind of money lying around!"Before anyone could respond, the sound of multiple car engines roared outside the bank. Through the large glass windows, we could see a convoy of luxury

MICHAEL'S POVMr. Davidson turned his fury toward the teller who had humiliated me earlier. "Johnson! Get over here this instant!"The man approached with hesitant steps, his earlier arrogance completely evaporated. "Yes, sir?""Your behavior today has been absolutely disgraceful!" Mr. Davidson's voice echoed through the bank. "You judged a valued client based on his appearance and subjected him to public humiliation! This is grounds for immediate termination!"Other customers had gathered around, drawn by the commotion, watching the drama unfold."Please, sir," Johnson stammered, his face pale with terror. "I was just following standard protocol—""Standard protocol?" Mr. Davidson's voice rose even higher. "Since when is discrimination and mockery part of our standard protocol? You're fired, effective immediately!""Wait," I said, stepping forward. "Mr. Davidson, I don't want him fired."Everyone looked at me in shock, including Johnson himself."Sir?" Mr. Davidson looked confused. "

"Sir, I must insist that you and your family come with me right away," Mr. Davidson said, bowing slightly."And please accept my deepest apologies for the treatment you've received today. This is completely unacceptable."Tina's mouth fell open. "He's... apologizing? To Michael?""There must be some mistake," Elena said weakly. "This can't be right."The teller looked like he'd seen a ghost. "Sir, I don't understand. What's on that card?""Johnson," Mr. Davidson's voice was sharp with authority, "you will face disciplinary action for your behavior today. How dare you treat a client of this caliber with such disrespect?""But sir, I was just following protocol—""You were following nothing but your own prejudices!" Mr. Davidson snapped. "This is the most serious breach of professional conduct I've witnessed in my twenty years at this institution!"The other customers were straining to see what was happening, whispering among themselves."Who is this guy?" one of them asked."He must be

MICHAEL'S POVThe teller was still wiping tears from his eyes, basking in the laughter from the crowd around us. "Sir, this comedy routine has gone on long enough. I really need you to move to the appropriate counter for your... financial level.""Actually," I said calmly, "I'd like to speak with your branch director."This sent him into fresh peals of laughter. "The branch director? Oh, that's perfect! You want to complain to management because I hurt your feelings?""He wants to file a complaint!" Carmen cackled from behind me. "This keeps getting better!"The Hamilton patriarch was thoroughly enjoying himself. "Yes, call the director! I want to see this pathetic man get thrown out by security personally!""Maybe they'll ban him from the bank entirely," his wife added with malicious glee. "Save everyone the trouble of dealing with him in the future."The teller shook his head in amusement. "Fine, fine. You want the director? You'll get the director. But don't say I didn't warn you w

MICHAEL'S POVThe other customers at nearby counters turned to stare, and several of them started chuckling when they saw me."Did he just say one hundred million?" one of the suited men asked incredulously."This homeless-looking guy thinks he's got a hundred million dollars!" another added, shaking his head in amusement. The Hamilton patriarch was practically doubled over with glee. "This is better than any comedy show I've ever seen!""I told you he was delusional," his wife added. "But this level of delusion is truly spectacular."The bank teller wiped tears from his eyes, still chuckling. "Sir, let me explain something to you. The people who withdraw amounts like that don't show up here looking like they just crawled out of a dumpster.""That's right!" Carmen called out. "Tell him!""They arrive in chauffeur-driven Bentleys," the teller continued, enjoying his audience. "They wear custom Italian suits that cost more than your yearly income—assuming you even have an income. They d
