Gianna raised a confusing brow.

“What are you talking about? What daughter?"

Mrs. Smith scoffed. “You're pretending you don't know anything right? You hit my daughter with your car and sped off! Pray nothing happens to her otherwise it'll be war.” She said with a warning tone and stormed out of the compound.

Laurent and Mrs. Smith seated before the doctor. Worry etched on their faces.

“Here is the result of the test we conducted again. She's responding to treatment and there is progress." He said.

Laurent nodded his head gently, scanning over the sheet.

“Thanks Doc." He stood up and shook hands with the doctor.

Stepping outside the office, Laurent looked at Mrs. Smith, curiosity glinting within. He has a lot of questions to ask the woman.

“You suddenly rushed out mum. Where to?" He stared at her.

“To Gianna's." She responded with a Lazy voice.

Laurent raised a brow. “Who is Gianna? Is she someone I know?"
