Just as Mr. Brian said, Rylan was taken to Marlowe hospital. One of the best and most popular hospital in the city of New York with best doctors. It is said that only elites are treated there as a common man could not afford to pay the bills. However, during cases of emergencies, victims are usually rushed to the nearby hospital; these gives opportunity for the commoners to be treated at Marlowe hospital.

The ambulance came to a halt at the entrance of the university; immediately medical practitioners rushed out to attend to the injured patient. Mr. Brian got out of his car, walking towards the ambulance in haste. “Welcome sir.” They all said in chorus the moment they saw him.

“I need this young man’s life to be save at all cost, do whatever you can to save him.” He said, looking at each of them one after the other

”Yes sir.” They chorused.

“He has internal injury and needs surgery immediately, else he will die.” One of the doctors shouted as they rushed him to the theater.

“Mr. Brian!” Silas called out. “Good day sir, you sent a text to me earlier, saying you wanted to meet me.” He said walking towards him.

“Yeah, I was heading to your office just now. Where are you headed?” He asked, while they walked towards the elevator.

“My office sir.” He responded with a soft smile on his face. “Sorry about your loss sir.”

“It’s fine, it was bound to happen, and we could all see it but only hoping. Just like I instructed, messages mustn’t go out yet? Nobody must know about it.” He spoke with all seriousness as they got into the elevator.

“News hasn’t gone sir. Only the doctors who were assigned to him are aware of his death.”

A few seconds later, they were at Silas office. “Please do have your seat.” Mr. Brian sat down, crossing his leg, folding his hand across his chest as he fixated his eyes on Silas, who was starting to feel uncomfortable with his stares. “This must be a serious discussion.” He said to himself.

“Silas, you are the best Plastic surgeon here in our hospital and my very good staff, I want you to handle this case.” Mr. Brian said, trying to figure out the expression on his face.

“What case sir, I would be happy to help.” Silas said with a forced smile relaxing on his face.

“A young man was hit by my vehicle and was rushed here. He should in theater. From what I observed, he tried committing suicide.”

“Damn, that’s bad. Life is hard but suicide isn’t an option” He said with a concern on his face.

 “Yes which is why I want to give him a new life. I want to perform a face surgery on him; give him my son’s face.” He said, still staring at him hoping inwardly that he could be trusted.

“Sure sir, your wish is my command.” Silas responded after a few seconds of staying quiet.

Two Months later

In a conference room, filled with influential people, billionaires, wealthy business men, tycoons and many elites, Mr. Brian is seen walking into the room with his son walking beside him, as they walked to the stage. The room was buzzing with excitement and anticipation from everyone present, including the media personnel. The richest man in New York with over thirty companies was finally going to reveal his only son to the world and announce him as heir to all his properties and companies.

“Thank you all for being present today. This is my son Rylan Marlowe, today I announce him as my sole heir. For those who are unaware, he is currently the CEO of all my companies worldwide, he would be handling every relating to my companies and property while I rest.” Mr. Brian said with a wide grin on his face, revealing his set of teeth. “Rylan, over to you.”

Rylan took a few steps forward with a smile on his face, looking at the crowd who were all staring at him with expectations. This was the first time he had to speak to so much people with cameras directed at his face. He stared for a few minutes, causing reactions from many who began mumbling among themselves.

“Good day everyone, I am Rylan…”

Rylan speech went well, making Mr. Brian really proud of him and not regretting his decision to make him his son and sole heir. In few minutes, videos were circulating all over the internet. Rylan pictures and videos were everywhere; girls would stop talking about his facial structure and how handsome he looked.

“I’m proud of you my boy, I know you wouldn’t disappoint me.” Mr. Brian said, patting his shoulder softly as they walked towards the car.

“Thanks dad.” Rylan responded.

“Good day sirs.” A masculine said from behind.

Rylan stopped abruptly, he could swear that the voice sounded familiar. Slowly, he turned his head backwards to look and to his surprise, his brother Davis was standing before him, stretching out his hand for a shake. His eye brow arched immediately; he glared at Davis for a few seconds.

“Davis, how are you doing and how is business going? I’m assume you don’t need my help anymore” Mr. Brian said with a small smile on his face.

“Everything is going fine sir. I’m here to greet you and your son. Maybe I can get to know him for future purposes.” He said stretching out his right hand towards Rylan. “Nice to meet you Rylan.”

“tch” Rylan let out in a low tone. “Same here.” He responded without, shaking Davis.

“Hm, you know I have a brother, his name is Rylan and I miss him so much. You both have the same name and it reminds me a lot about him.” Davis said out, trying to start up a conversation.

“Oh I see. Where is now you? You could go and see him or invite him to your house.” He responded, fixating his eyes on Davis, who immediately looked away.

“Well, he is a murderer and currently in prison paying for his crime.”

“Oh wow! I see.” Rylan exclaimed with a smile on his face, walking towards Davis and stopped standing beside him. “When I said I will make you pay for the betrayal you cost me, heavens was happy with it and gave me a second chance. Watch and see how I will render you useless.” Rylan whispered, walking away along with Mr. Brian.

Minutes passed and Davis couldn’t move an inch. He stood motionlessly, staring blankly in shock. “Could, Co…uld that be Rylan Heathrow and not Rylan Marlowe?
