Kindan

"What's the matter, Uzi?" asked Osmon.

"Qavi wants to go research with Professor Edogawa in the forest. However, Qavi has not said which forest he will research in. Besides, for some reason... I feel like something bad is going to happen there," Uzi explained.

Both Xavier, Tyaga, and Osmon immediately stared at each other.  Instead of calming his best friend's feelings, Xavier patted Uzi gently on the shoulder and hugged her with his right hand.

"You said that because you've never been separated from him, Uzi. So it's better, don't worry too much about it," Xavier advised. "You're not alone anyway, there are three of us... we will stay with you, as long as Qavi is gone, how?" suggested Xavier.

"Do you want to live in our small apartment?" said Uzi.

Before Xavier answered Uzi's question, both Osmon and Tyaga said goodbye because there was a class they had to go to. Looks like they are hiding something.

"Of course, why not? Oh yes, I'll pick you up after you work, ok. I want to go to the library. There's a book I want to find," Xavier said goodbye.

Xavier's footsteps were so fast, that Uzi could no longer see the back of the friend he had known for the past five years.

Xavier continued walking towards a very quiet place, which was behind their campus which coincided with an empty lot.

"Are you going to follow Qavi?" said a young man from behind Xavier.

"No. I have a call, there are things I want to discuss with my brothers," Xavier replied. "Oh yes, I ask you for help, to prepare a house that is big enough for us to live in, this is the rent. I rely on you both, ok," Xavier pleaded as he handed a fantastic amount of coloured paper to the young man who had a thick British accent.

"Well. We will find a suitable and comfortable place," Tyaga replied smiling broadly.

Kindan Forest

"Really? You're going to accompany me to research in the Forest? Alright, then what are you waiting for Qavi, hurry up and pack your things, and we will meet at Shin station at five o'clock in the afternoon," Professor Edogawa said in a happy tone.

Qavi deliberately returns to Professor Edogawa's room just to prove that he can do anything without his twin, and without having to ask Uzi for permission first.

Qavi looked at the time displayed on his right hand, just to make sure he had how long he had left to prepare clothes and equipment for research.

Qavi also rushed to speed up his footsteps back home and went straight to the train station. There was no strange feeling or fear from Qavi when he decided to do some research. Arriving at the station, he meets Professor Edogawa.

Feeling strange, because initially, the professor said that many female students participated in the research, "Where are the others, prof?" asked Qavi while turning his head right and left to look for his other friends.

This research was originally Professor Edogawa invited five other students, but the only one who decided to participate was Qavi.

"I don't know, there is no definite answer from them. Only you are excited to go. Yes, instead of nothing, it's better to go together, isn't it?" replied Professor Edogawa.

Qavi considered Professor Edogawa's answer to be normal. On the contrary, the answer given by professor Edogawa is just camouflage.

He just invited Qavi to go accompany him to research. The reason is that Qavi still does not know how bad the terrain will come.

The train arrived at Shin station at exactly five o'clock in the afternoon. The train ticket was immediately taken out by the Professor from a bag wrapped around his waist and shown to the officer.

Half an hour later, the train left for Kyoto. The journey only takes an hour and a half.

"Professor, if I may know, I would like to know the name of the place we will go to later," Qavi pleaded politely.

"Ah, yes... I haven't told you yet, what the name of the place is. Well, here it is... We will visit a village called Kindan village, this village is located not far from Kindan forest," explained Professor Edogawa while giving a piece of paper about Kindan forest information and what plants grow there.

"Kindan? Then how long will we stay there?" asked Qavi back.

"Hmm... depending on whether or not we can easily get the plants I am looking for," Professor Edogawa replied lightly.

Again, Qavi could no longer move with the answer given by the middle-aged man sitting next to him. For him, the professor's answer is so logical in his mind.

Qavi still can't imagine the area he will visit, even after hearing his name is an athletic young man never.

Qavi could find out about the area he will visit later through his cellphone. But for some reason, the drowsiness and fatigue were so great, that he chose to forget to find information about Kindan village.

Even to read a piece of information given by the professor, Qavi put it anywhere.

Arrived in Kyoto at seven o'clock in the afternoon, and they had to find a person who wanted to drive to a small village that had been uninhabited for a long time located not far from the Kindan forest.

Unfortunately, no one wanted to take them to the village. Even though the professor has lured even the highest pay, there is still no community willing to ride to Kindan village. The reasons they put forward also vary

The professor also resigned himself to the situation, if there was no one to ask for help, then they were forced to spend the night first in Kyoto, and then continue the journey the next morning. Suddenly there is a mysterious man who is willing to drive the two of them to Kindan village. The man looked so shabby, it could be seen from his tattered clothes, as well as torn footwear.

Without thinking, Professor Edogawa and Qavi accepted the man's help. They felt that they had boarded a horse-drawn carriage. But what the surrounding people saw, they had already gone away on foot.

On the way to Kindan, they both felt so tired and unbearable sleep. Even so, Qavi tried to chat with the mysterious man.

"Is Kindan village very far away?" asked Qavi.

The mysterious man just cleared his throat answering Qavi's question.

"Oh yes, why didn't they all want to take us to Kindan village, what's wrong with the village in Kindan?" continued Qavi curiously.

Again the mysterious man did not answer a word. Only glances and Lehman Yang came out of his mouth.

In Qavi's mind, he was anxious to ask further questions but what this tremendous fatigue and sleepiness might have caused because it was getting into the evening, as well as the cold weather at night.

For almost five hours, they travelled. Professor Edogawa and Qavi are awakened by the mysterious man at a village gate made of large stones. The gate is covered with green moss, so the name of the village is not visible and there is a ban on visiting the place.

"Get up! You have arrived at your destination, Kindan Village. Get out of my horse-drawn carriage quickly," the mysterious man ordered harshly.

The two blind Qavi still felt so sleepy, that in Qavi's view, there was a lamp that illuminated the village settlement. Although the village looks so deserted, Qavi does not have any thoughts or even strange feelings.

Unlike what Professor Edogawa saw, this village settlement looks so crowded with many villagers who are still active. It can be seen that there are still two guards at the gate who greet them to enter Kindan village.

"Prof, where do we think we will spend the night?" asked Qavi while looking at the quiet surroundings

"I'll ask the village guards here, who knows if one of them wants to share their residence with us," Professor Edogawa replied.

Bravely, Professor Edogawa spoke to one of the village guards to take him to the resting place. However, what Qavi saw was so strange, Qavi saw the Professor appear to be talking to a figure that looked like a human, on the right side of the village gate. But the figure seemed to be silent.
