Chapter 13 Cat

Reluctantly Berlin then put his hand on Cologne's face. After placing his hand there, slowly the wound on Cologne's face seemed to be starting to heal.

Cologne's phone vibrated and an incoming message notification popped up on its screen.

Cologne, who had just woken up, was forced to take his cell phone, then read the message that had been sent there.

"You don't look like you normally do, what happened to you before?" Eden scolded when he saw that his junior looked a little gloomy.

With a straight face Cologne replied like this, "Isn't it that I never looked happy from the start?"

Eden was silent. It doesn't feel good to have to reply to an answer that sounds half-hearted like that. "Oh yes, sorry. Hm, why don't you go to lunch first? You still have time to rest.” Eden tried to focus on the topic of conversation.

Cologne let out a shaky breath and out of sight of his gaze towards the office window. "Hm... well I'll go eat." Cologne then got up from his chair and prepared to go out foraging.

Seeing Cologne leaving, Eden took the initiative to ask him to go out to lunch together. “Cologne, you want us to go to lunch together? I think there's a good restaurant that recently opened around here,” offered Eden, who took the initiative to invite Cologne to have lunch together.

Cologne who got the offer looked indifferent. He just passed by Eden and only answered his question when he was at the door.

"I am not interested. You just go eat together with Origami Sis, is she your fiancée? You guys should be with each other at times like this,” he said nonchalantly.

YOU CAN'T BE LIKE THIS TO YOUR SENIORS!” Eden looked annoyed and embarrassed at the same time. honestly he felt somewhat familiar with the part of mentioning a potential fiancé for the woman called Origami. Cologne is currently looking for a lunch spot that suits his taste buds. To be honest, the young man was not at all interested in eating out and preferred to bring lunch from his house. Especially when his best friend Jo was still alive. Cologne always brings delicious food with Jo because her best friend is a guy who is good at making delicious healthy dishes. But now that Jo was gone and Cologne didn't have time to make his own lunch, the young man preferred to find lunch outside the office.

“Ah… in the new shop?” he asked himself. Cologne stumbled upon a small tavern he had accidentally passed while strolling around his office looking for something to eat. Even though he had found a new shop, Cologne was not at all interested and preferred to eat at a regular shop.

Cologne who had ordered food seemed to be waiting for his order to arrive. The man was busy paying attention to his surroundings to get rid of boredom in him.

Nothing interesting, he complained in his heart. The man felt very bored but instead of choosing to do other work he still chose to observe his surroundings.

At first Cologne might feel indifferent when he saw the cat at his feet. But who would have thought that all the attention of the young man was diverted when he realized the condition of the cat was in a very terrible state.

“Meeooong… meeooooong…. The cat rubbed its body against Cologne's paw and seemed to want to ask the young man for help.

The cat has a half torn scalp and some rotting wounds are visible there. The cat's condition also looks very weak.

Cologne who saw the poor cat's condition felt pity. He saw the partially rotting wounds on the cat's body.

And when he was lamenting the state of the cat. Cologne noticed the presence of a burly man walking towards him.

Again and again Cologne felt a huge aura emanating from the burly man. After seeing the physique of the man made him think of exercising more often so that his body is no less muscular than the macho-bodied men out there.

If only Cologne had great courage, maybe the young man would have laughed out loud in front of the man because his actions were classified as very feminine. like a burly mother seen in the midst of her little baby. Maybe it would have looked more appropriate if the man had been wearing a pink apron.

After watching the burly man leave, Cologne couldn't help but stare in disbelief. The young man now received his order which was now neatly presented in front of him.
