Chapter 43

Henry sat in a dimly lit corner of the club, amidst pulsating music and swirling neon lights.

He was on his 4th bottle and at this rate it would be a miracle if Henry did not end up drunk. His will to keep up a good leadership example didn’t matter now. He didn’t care what anyone thought. Anyone even Luther.

Henry took a long gulp of his drink, his mind heavy with the weight of revelation. After he had read the diary and watched the videos and recording in the memory card, he had not being himself. He asked Jackson to fact check it for him. They all got out of the car and Henry waited inside. As he inches over hid thoughts, deep down his heart he knew it was true. He had seen his mother write and even though he was a child, he knew her handwriting.
