Chapter 14 - Identity Exposed

When Chris exited the mall, he saw Sky gaping at him. Her mouth wide open that ten flies could perfectly fit in.

"Good show right?" he didn't bother feigning ignorance.

The facts were clear as day. He wasn't normal. Like how could a normal human defeat a bunch of super powered freaks.

"So you are a Deviant huh? i never thought of that" Sky no longer stared at Chris like he was trash.

She raised her hand. A packet of chips flew out of the mall and began floating mid air.

"You are a Deviant too? but wait, i don't even know what a deviant is" Chris gwaked.

When he recieved the system, he believed himself to be the only one with super powers. At that time, he would stand at the peak of the world.

But after seeing Sky, those thoughts vanished. There were others like him.

"This isn't the best place to talk" Sky fished out a phone from her pocket.

She put a call across to Detective Warren. After a while, she hung up.

"A squad of patrol officers are on their way. Our job ends now" Sky
